Pros:

El lugar es céntrico para los lugares a su alrededor.

Cons:

Yo solicité un apartamento de tres habitaciones y me dieron de dos habitaciones.
Y no me facilitaron nada para poder dormir, tuve que dormir en el sofá que bastante incómodo era.

Pros:

La ubicacion del edificio es perfecta, el apartamento muy lindo y comodo, el personal de seguridad 24 horas fue muy amable.

Cons:

El check in es a las 3PM y el check out a las 11AM cosa q me parecio mal, y la unica cosa q no me gusto es q fue un poco ruidoso por los pisos superiores.

Great Place To Stay
Pros:

This is a nice building that is well located, and well cared for in a safe and smart part of town. Everything was perfect and in order. It's exactly how it appears in the pictures. The place is very clean and well stocked with enough pots, pans, paper towels, plates, cutlery, utensils, even cleaning supplies and equipment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.. towels, bodywash, shampoo etc. There's a supermarket a few steps away from the property, and lots of places to eat nearby. The italian restaurant next door is very good, and serves really great pizzas. There's also an excellent gelato shop across the road with very reasonable prices. It's just a few minutes walk to where all the action is if you're interested in nightlife, but far enough away so that you don't hear the nighttime noise. The staff at the Spot front desk were very polite and very helpful. You can leave your suitcases with them if you're too early to check in. It's a great place to stay. I would definitely come back here again.

Great value, lovely location
Pros:

Great location, near lot of restaurants and in an area with many trees
Felt safe with a permanent concierge
Spacious modern apartment
Bottle of water in fridge was very welcome

A bit overpriced but I recommend, a nice stay regardless!
Pros:

The building is in a very good location, close to everything and safe. The staff is super friendly and the door is monitored which makes you feel safe. The rooms are spacious and very nice and comfortable.

Cons:

There isn't daily cleaning of the rooms which for the price, is frankly a bit surprising. Additionally, the pillows in my bed were a little mangled and the cover kept coming off. The bathroom in my room had issues with the top of the counter separating from the rest of the unit and the water spout was always leaky.

Better than I expected
Pros:

One of the best apartments I've ever stayed at when traveling. Incredibly comfortable, modern, and most importantly, safe. The location is the prime spot in Medellín especially if you like bar scenes and good food. Provenza is a short walk away. I recommend it.
