I didn’t like the Spot Apartments because my dad and little brothers weren’t allowed to come in. The main reason I traveled to Medellín was to spend time with my family, so it was really disappointing that they couldn’t even visit me in the apartment, not even for a few minutes.
They also required physical birth certificates. My dad provided digital copies, but that wasn’t considered enough. This was frustrating, because with my dad’s documents and mine, it’s clear that we are related, and that my brothers are part of the same family.

The company has shady business practices it’s not a hotel so it does not honor check-ins. Upon submitting documents and paying for check in and getting the code they denied entry and threaten to call the authorities for no reason. Had to call my credit card and get a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE they are renting apartments illegally

Regole troppo rigide,posto adatto per famiglie,coppie e pensionati,sconsigliato per persone che vogliono divertirsi,la vacanza è sinonimo di relax e spensieratezza,purtroppo la politica dell'edificio si avvicina di più a una caserma militare che ad un hotel per vacanza.

No pudimos usar el TV. Y a veces el ruido de afuera se escuchaba.
Excelente ubicacion. Apartamento muy comodo, muy bien dotado.
La ultima noche muchisimo ruido dentro del edificio, por fiesta en otro apartamento, alquilado por extranjeros. La porteria no logro controlar el desorden.
El lugar es céntrico para los lugares a su alrededor.
Yo solicité un apartamento de tres habitaciones y me dieron de dos habitaciones.
Y no me facilitaron nada para poder dormir, tuve que dormir en el sofá que bastante incómodo era.
La ubicación es muy buena y la comodidad del apartamento
