HARBOUR ROOMS

- Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, erst über das booking-Portal, dann via WhatsApp, verlief sehr freundlich und informativ.

- Die Begrüßung gestaltete sich, selbst zu später Stunde, herzlich und ebenfalls informativ. Tolle Tipps haben wir erhalten.

- Die Wohnung und der Balkon mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer, den kleinen Hafen und bei klarer Sicht auf den Olymp, waren sehr sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Auch das Bad war hübsch gestaltet, ohne Überflutungsgefahr und mit ausreichend warmen Wasser. Die Küche beinhaltete alles was wir benötigten, der Kühlschrank kühlte sehr gut und die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Im Hausflur konnte gemeinschaftlich (4 Parteien) eine Waschmaschine genutzt werden. Insgesamt fanden wir zu unserer Freude kleine Annehmlichkeiten vor, wie zum Beispiel 2 selbst gebackene Kuchenstücke/Muffins, abgepacktes Toastbrot, Marmelade, Honig, Snacks, Salz und Pfeffer, Kaffee, im Kühlschrank Butter, und eine Flasche Wasser, ansonsten Waschpulver, Spülmittel und Spülutensilien, Handseife…

- Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Ort, zwar an der Hauptstraße, was man aber weiß, wenn man dort bucht…
Wir fanden dies nicht störend, eher praktisch und auch nicht laut. Parkplatz für unseren Leihwagen fanden wir stets vor der Tür, ein Minimarkt und ein fantastischer Souvlaki-Laden befanden sich direkt nebenan, ein sensationeller Pita-Laden (Bougatsa Giannis) nur wenige Schritte entfernt, so auch viele Tavernen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Platia.

Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl und willkommen und möchten uns hier nochmals von Herzen bei den Vermietern bedanken.

Перфектна локация с красиви плажове и хубави ресторанти. Хоста е изключително любезен, готов да даде всякаква информация за плажове, ресторанти и магазини. Апартамента е чист, просторен, оборудван със всичко необходимо за един приятен престой в слънчева Гърция. Силно препоръчвам.

It is new, well maintained, at a perfect location.

Un apartament șic, cu vedere la mare, care este absolut satisfăcător pentru o vacanță reușită. Foarte important, găsiți loc de parcare chiar în fața apartamentului. Proprietarul apartamentului este un domn foarte serviabil, care vă oferă toată asistența de care aveți nevoie. Recomand cu încredere locația și facilitățile acestui apartament. Raportul preț/calitate este foarte bun.

Всичко беше перфектно. Много чисто, в кухнята има всичко необходимо. Супер разположение с паркинг точно под терасата. Собственика е много гостоприемен и любезен. Препоръчвам го на всички

Very nice people who rented us an apartment. Everything we asked for was done on the same day. The apartment was cleaned every three days (many thanks for that), when we moved in there was a surprise in the kitchen (and that was also very nice). The apartment is very clean, the location is excellent. A wonderful place to relax. If you want to see the flavor of Greece, then you need to go here. There are a lot of restaurants with very tasty food. Not far from the apartment there is a fish market with fresh fish. There is a city beach, but we preferred to go to Halkidiki to swim. I want to thank you again for a wonderful vacation.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment and highly recommend it. The location is perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is well-equipped with a laundry machine, a fully functional kitchen, and air conditioning, which added to our comfort. The thoughtful touch of welcome cupcakes was a delightful surprise. The host was exceptionally accommodating, ensuring that everything went smoothly. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Great apartman, lovely host. Brand new furniture... fresh, cozy stile... just perfect... in the heart of Nea Mighanoni.... but there is more... on our arrival in fridge was waiting bottle of water... ok.. almost standard... I like it... but there is more.... coffe maschine for nespresso with lot of capsuls... ok... nothing to rare...but fresh homemade cakes for welcome and toast bread, butter and jam in fridge... they want to be shure that nobody is hungry in their app... they are just perfect... lovely host... we spend over 100 of night in past 10 years all around Europa in lot of hotels and apartmant. This gesture we will remember!

I liked the beds and the host. He was very friendly and helpful. Also, there were some snacks left for the guests, which was very pleasant.

It was a very pleasant stay. Kudos for Mr Leyteris who had shared the best places to visit nearby and kept in touch through our whole stay. Would love to come back next year!
