Comfortable bed and linen, nice dinner provided for a decent price. good service especially from the manager, serving complimentary tea and coffee on demand. great hot water in the shower. Great location near town
Bathroom had some issues - toilet sometimes not working, ants crawling around, mould/dirt apparent. fan only works at 100% speed, else turns off. the ad says that the accommodation provides a kettle but this was not available. no wifi. rug smelt like it hadn't been washed in a long time

I had an incredible experience at the Paramount Hotel Pussellawa. The place is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings that make it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel is peaceful and quiet, offering the perfect environment to unwind and recharge. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable stay!

They did not have 60% of the items they said. During the night we spent, we heard a sound like the door of our room being pushed.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. I felt safe and comfortable there. They offer 3 meals there as well, which is nice since there were no pick me or Uber outlets nearby and I was feeling under the weather
At night the electricity and water was turned off. It was quite cold when I went so I didn't need it. When I asked about it in the morning the water and electricity.
We were upgraded to a small apartment for the same price. Quiet. A short walk into town and closer to tea plantations. Owner was very friendly and wanting to attract more foreign tourists to Pussallawa.
I stayed here for three nights to attend a family wedding in the Nayapana Tea Estates. The place was very comfortable and I was able to attend the wedding festivities on time.
