Pros:

They were prepared to welcome us. We went there late in the evening and the rooms were neatly arranged, and inside the room ate large and looked amazing. The wash rooms are very dry and clean. The food in the morning was delicious and we felt like we had food from our mother.
The next morning we found that the mountainous view from our room was breathtaking and amazing.
The room service staff were very helpful and their services were very fast and accurate.
Finally the bill was prepared in time and we could leave with full of happiness in our hearts.
We would recommend this hotel to guests from any country to spend their holiday without any hesitations. And thank all the staff, the manager, room service guys and the little lady in the reception and the restaurant staff for all their support.

Cons:

I think they need to improve on the arrangement inside the room like filling the mini refrigerator. Keep an extra hanger near the show area etc.

الفندق أكثر من روعه بكل شئ، ، هدوء، يصلح لمن يرغب في الانعزال في مكان واحد لايتحرك كثيرا، وجود مسبح، وجود صاله رياضيه، قريب جدا من الخدمات اقل من دقيقه الصراف الآلي، السوق، الخ، سأعود للفندق مره اخرى مع العائله

موقع الفندق في منطقه معتدلة الطقس، من حظي ان الفندق تم تجديده في الدهان، والاثاث، ولذلك، الفندق مريح، واطلاله على الجبل والمسبح، مناسب لمن يبحث عن الهدوء، المرفق متكامل الخدمات، الغرفه مهيأه بكل ماتحتاج وحمام واسع وسخان،ويوجد مطعم يخدم الفندق والماره، وهو نظيف، كما توجد صاله رياضيه صغيره، و الطاقم متعاون جدا، والتجربه رائعه، وجددت الاقامه، وسأعود اليه مره اخرى

لايوجد بعوض في المنطقه، ولكن يوجد نمل صغير مزعج، المنطقه صغيره ولايوجد نشاطات قريبه، مناسب لمن يحب الجلوس بمكان واحد

Pros:

Lovely, comfortable hotel in Walapane. We loved everything about it. Our room with ensuite bathroom was fabulous, and the staff made us feel very welcome. We ate dinner and breakfast there, and both were delicious. Highly recommended.

Confirtable and enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

They have been very accommodative would recommend any one who wish to visit.

Cons:

However when you pay with your Credit/Debit card adding 3% additional fee in to the bill is not recommended. You should be able to absorb that bit.

Like a private kingdom in the sky
Pros:

The view from my balcony was enchanting. The private meal service was much appreciated, as was the lift!!!! It's an out-of-the-way place but well worth the picturesque mountain roads. Night time revealed breathtaking sparkling stars.
