Pros:

Appartamento recentissimo, completo di ogni comfort.
Pulizia e cambio biancheria ogni due giorni.
Posizione comoda per visitare le tante spiagge della zona e per poter fare passeggiate serali nelle belle località poco distanti, come Preveza, Praga e Lefkada.
A pochi passi dall' appartamento è presente un ottima bakery e una farmacia, oltre che un grill e un bel locale per gustare un drink al tramonto
Disponibilità e cortesia del proprietario Panos, inoltre la struttura è Pet friendly!

Pros:

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Ακριβώς απέναντι υπάρχει πλατεία με μικρή παιδική χαρά, ενώ πολύ κοντά υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ, φούρνος και φαρμακείο. Επίσης, η παραλία του Καναλιού και της Καστροσυκιάς είναι μόνο 5 λεπτά μακριά με το αυτοκίνητο.
Όσο για τις παροχές, τα θετικά που έχω να επισημάνω είναι:
1. τα δωμάτια και το σαλόνι - κουζινα έχουν κλιματιστικό
2. Μέρα παρά μέρα γίνεται καθαρισμός του διαμερίσματος.
3. Όλα τα παράθυρα έχουν σιτες.
4. Παρέχονται κουζίνα και βασικά σκεύη (τηγάνι, κατσαρόλα) για μαγείρεμα καθώς και πλυντήριο ρούχων.

Cons:

Θα ήθελα στο διαμέρισμα να υπάρχει φούρνος μικροκυμάτων, ενώ ως προς τον καθαρισμό του δωματίου, ίσως θα ήταν καλύτερο να μην αλλάζονται μέρα παρά μέρα πετσέτες και σεντόνια εφόσον ο ενοικιαστής έχει ερωτηθεί και συμφωνεί.

Ένα ακόμα που δεν μού άρεσε ήταν οι πολλές σκνιπες. Το αναφέρω προς γνώση όσων διαβάσουν την κριτική, προφανώς και δεν είναι κάτι για το οποίο φταίει ο ιδιοκτήτης :)

Πολυτελης απλοτητα με ηρεμια σε ενα γαληνιο και μοντερνο περιβαλλον
Pros:

Το σπίτι είναι απλά υπέροχο! Ολα προσεγμενα και πεντακάθαρα! Απο τη διακόσμηση μεχρι και την τελευταια λεπτομερεια είναι ολα διαλεγμενα με φροντιδα! Συγχαρητηρια στους οικοδεσποτες για την φροντιδα και την προσοχη που δινουν στο καταλυμα ωστε να ειναι όπως ειναι! Η τοποθεσια ειναι πολυ βολική. Στα 3 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο υπάρχει εξαιρετική παραλία. Η θέα ειναι απεριόριστη. Ακριβώς εξώ απο το σπίτι υπάρχει τεράστια πλατεία με παιδική χαρά, γηπεδάκι για μπάλα, καφετέρια με εξαιρετικό φαγητό και ποτό. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και σίγουρα θα γίνει ετήσιως προορισμος μιας και ερχόμαστε καθε χρόνο για οικογενειακες συγκεντρώσεις! Ευχαριστουμε!
