The road to the beach is very steep and i dont recommend it for small children. I would put more effort for cleaning the jacuzzi before every guest. Because the main road is right next to the hotel you can clearly hear every car, motorcycle or people talking.

1) The front Door wasn’t closing properly, so at night it was very noisy and difficult to sleep with all the noise from the street. 2) Friday when it rained, water was pouring from the led/light over the toillet - it was an electricity hazzard. 3) We were moved on the room above, where in the bathroom it was also wet. The walls were wet, the drywall was wet and it broke in a little part, and for the remaining 3 days the bathroom smelled of wet cardboard/drywall.

I contacted the property; some issues were partially resolved and we were told we would receive a considerable discount for the problems and the resulting inconvenience. We finished our stay, and at check-out — no discount. I contacted them via Booking’s messaging and on WhatsApp. At first they said they had forwarded the discount request to Booking and that within 7–10 days we would see it in our account. Of course, that didn’t happen. I contacted them again after that period. They kept stalling. Then the “manager” contacted me. I explained what had happened. He said he would get in touch with the “owner” and we would resolve the situation as soon as possible. A few more days passed. Nothing happened. After I contacted them once more, he said he hadn’t been able to reach the owner and that he (the manager) would give me the discount himself — one night’s stay. I sent my IBAN. Afterwards, he came back with a request that I give: “a perfect 10 comment and write a friendly message for the manager.”

I filed a complaint at booking and after almoust 10 days - booking replied that the property didn't respond. I find this behavior unacceptable.

Deo hotela u kome sam bio smesten je nov i nedovrsen. Menjali smo sobu 2 puta, a onda smo odlucili da napustimo hotel cetri noci pre termina jer je vlasnik hotela doveo majstore i busili su beton hilti busilicom iznad nasih glava puna 4 sata. Prethodno mu nije palo na pamet da nas obavesti o tome, i jos se cudio sto to nama smeta. Dorucak je isti svako jutro, bez izuzetka, i vrlo je skroman. Samo jedna zena treba da spremi dorucak, pospremi stolove i opere sudje i sve to u periodu dok traje dorucak

The only downside was the path from the beach to the accommodation. It is very steep and lacks safety features such as for example a handrail. The private beach is beautiful/fantastic, but the steep access may be challenging for less active guests. Improving this path would make the stay even better.
