All the special to Mr, Khaled & Nasreen for the great continued support
Pros:

Everything especially Mr, Khaled !!!!

Cons:

The roomservice is so slow and every time I call them, they are asking for cash instead of putting it into the room, so in the check out I’ll pay everything!! This is how it supposed to !! So please enhance your services
