The roomservice is so slow and every time I call them, they are asking for cash instead of putting it into the room, so in the check out I’ll pay everything!! This is how it supposed to !! So please enhance your services

Pros:

I liked the size of the room and the bed. Also the quiet, the gardens, the pool and the views. The foid in the Italian restaurant and the staff, the crepes from the breakfast and the bathtop and amenities such as the shampoo or body lotion. The room service was good and brought water everyday. There was an issue with the toilette and was fixed quickly.

Cons:

There's no market or shops nearby. The place is a bit isolated and you need a car to eat outside the hotel restaurants. In the room I missed some slippers, cutlery and something else to cook. The kitchen needs some fixing. The taxis are scammers. The fee to the airport was 30 but we ended paying 50. Drivers lie saying they dont have change. As we could not get the 20 dinars in the airport we could not pay the person with the trolley and we had to walk a long distance to entrance with 3 cases and a baby. They should revise the taxi drivers that work with them. We expected not to be scammed when taking a cab from the hotel. It was disappointing!

Cons:

Information pas claire à la réservation sur la différence entre les résidences (studio) par rapport aux chambres de l'hôtel avec un standing en-dessous pour la résidence par rapport à celui de l'hôtel.
