They only thing I liked about this hotel experience was leaving it.
I liked nothing about this hotel. It was filthy, with blood/faeces stains on the doona cover of the first room I stayed in. The shower was dangerous, erratically switching from cold to boiling hot - when there was a water supply which there often was not. There were frequent power, water and internet outages in part because the owners had not paid their bills on time. Worst of all, because of the cats fighting throughout the night on the roof of the original room I booked on booking.com I was moved to a much smaller room with agreement by the owners to a lower price for the new room. On that basis, I agreed to extend my stay. However, the day prior to checking out, the owners informed me the price I must pay was twice what they had originally agreed. One of the brothers physically threatened me and said he would call the police if I did not pay the new price. This was a frightening experience. I am 72 years old. This hotel stay was by far the very worst experience I have ever had at a booking.com-booked hotel. The owner even advised booking.com that I had cancelled the booking in an attempt to try to silence me from reporting this hotel or writing a bad review. One of the main problems is the amount of cannabis the owners smoke resulting in total chaos and appalling sanitary conditions. The beach in front of the hotel is also filthy. Avoid at all costs.

I received something completely different from what was advertised and what I paid for. The accommodation is dirty, poorly maintained, and in a very disappointing condition. The walls have extensive paint damage, the furnishings appear old and worn, and the overall environment is uncomfortable and unpleasant.
After I complained, I was moved to another room, but it was virtually the same as the first one, with the only improvement being that it was slightly less dusty. The issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality remained unchanged.
I specifically requested the room shown in the Booking listing, which was the room I based my booking decision on and paid for. However, I was informed that this room was already occupied and unavailable. As a result, the accommodation provided does not match the description, photos, or standard that was advertised at the time of
The beach is right in front of you😍, excellent location in Al Asala and the room was so clean and neat, with a lovely bohemian design, AC and wifi were working perfectly and Ahmad was a wonderful host and helped us through everything, highly recommend it😍

The room was perfect! Super clean, big and perfect located right at the beach. This area was way more relaxing than the lighthouse area. It was perfect. Also the staff that worked there was super super nice. Definitely going back.

הדוש חייב שיפוץ דחוף, יש חלודה וירקת, המים לא מתנקזים, זרימה חלשה וטמפרטורת המים קיצונית.
בנוסף אין היכן להניח את הכלי רחצה מלבד על האסלה וזה לא נעים.
המזרן היה לי קשיח מדי.
