A room with a view
Pros:

Excellent location (walking distance from all Tenby beaches, harbour and shops/restaurants and the train station). Amazing view from the bedroom, which overlooks the North Beach. The room was compact but clean and nicely furnished with a comfy, supportive bed and excellent shower. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, with plenty of vegan options, which suited us - we were lucky enough to get a table in the window for breakfast with a sea view.

Cons:

The hotel is part of a chain which provides coach holidays for senior citizens with daily excursions and evening entertainment - they open up any unfilled rooms at the last minute for private bookings. It could possibly make those booking privately feel a little like outsiders - didn't seriously bother us as everything else suited us well (but worth knowing before booking if it would bother you). Communal areas a little tired and dated and due an upgrade!

Great view over North beach and good location to walk into town

Cons:

The hotel was quite old fashioned and tired. The walls were very thin and could hear the next room talking and snoring at night.
Also squeeky floor boards meant disturbed sleep.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our family room was clean and comfortable and the view of the beach from our room was lovely

Cons:

Lack of ventilation. We were unable to open the window as a seagull kept trying to enter our room. Also the drainage to the en-suite bathroom had a strong fousty smell.

WiFi wasn’t available in room, bare minimum in hotels these days and was especially needed due to bad signal in Tenby so couldn’t even use data instead.

Lage sehr gut sonst eher mau

sehr gute Lage

Cons:

Zimmer war im letzten Stock, kein direkter Liftzugang
WIFI/WLAN sehr schlechte Verbindung
direkt über dem Bett ist der Feuermelder der alle 20 sek. einen Lichtimpuls gibt, fand ich sehr störend.
Kein heisses Wasser am morgen zum duschen!

Only one thing’ we had a few stairs to the room from the lift. Was ok for us as we pretty mobile for our age. Apart from that it was great

Great staff. excellent breakfast and superb value for money.
