the staff where fantastic
the amount of doors to get with a toddler
The location
The floor boards where noisy you could hear everyone moving around the beds where uncomfortable very hard and the view was next door hotel
Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast
No parking
very central with great ocean views
Nice clean room very nice bathroom with walk in shower. Very nice evening meal and very good breakfast. Excellent staff very friendly and helpful.
The only downside was the first room we were allocated was on the top floor only accessible by a lift then a set of awkward stairs. Fortunately on request the room was changed for us so if you are thinking of booking and have mobility issues check with the hotel first
Couldn't be a better location for breakfast, looking out over the bay. The staff had gone to a lot of trouble, offering pasta then baked potatoes for residents and passers by for the Ironman weekend. A nice touch was offering toilet facilities, charging £1 for charity. They had really gone into the spirit of the event.
Breakfast the second morning was much better - more freshly cooked.
The location was very good. We did not book in for breakfast.
Enjoyed the stay, loverly sea view, very peaceful stay,
Friendly staff
Was a bit dated
Very very friendly staff
Clean
The hotel was closed on arrival even though we had paid in full and early that day offered early check in for an additional cost. We were left 100 miles from home with no where to go. The area has poor signal so could not contact booking com or the hotel. We ended up spending double as had to check into the near by Premier Inn
Very comfortable bed, ,clean room and good location
Beautiful view
Unfortunately the one thing that I didn't like: , There was no WiFi..or for very short time but very poor quality
The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless. Breakfast was excellent. What more can I say!!!
Nothing
Very friendly staff who went over and above expectations and made us feel welcome and fab!
