Bien placé mais les bruits au secours
Cons:

Les travaux de la piscine bruit de marteau piqueur à 7h30 plus bruit de travaux camion et autres

Séjour très calme et agréable , non loin du centre d’Antibes
Pros:

La chambre : confortable , la piscine :très agréable , le personnel : très sympa

Boulangerie avec salades excellentes à proximité . Pharmacie et petite supérette également .

Cons:

En raison de travaux alentours , l’hôtel était difficile à trouver . Je n ai pas aimé apprendre APRES réservation de cet hôtel que le ménage était facturé 65 euros ! J aurais aimé le savoir avant . J ai bien sûr laissé le studio dans un état impeccable mais je trouve que le savoir après la réservation n’est pas très honnête . Petit problème jamais rencontré ailleurs :
certains hommes se permettent de se promener torse nu ( en maillot de bain ou en short ) dans les parties communes de l’hôtel : réception , ascenseur …. Il serait peut être utile de rappeler dans les règles aux clients de s’habiller lorsque l’on est dans un hôtel ? Merci !

Ich habe die Tage in Antibes trotzdem genossen.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut. Kurze Wege in die Stadt und zum Hafen.

Cons:

Preis/Leistung war nicht in Ordnung. Bezahlt bei Booking.com 432 €. Bei der Anmeldung im Hotel kamen noch dazu für Bettwäsche und Handtücher , Um die 40 €.
Im Bad war keine Seifen vorhanden muss man selbst mitbringen. Der größte Posten war aber eine Kaution von 200 €. Im Voraus für die Reinigung der Ferienwohnung. Ob das Zimmer dann von mir sauber hinterlassen wurde ,beurteilt das Personal aber erst nach der Abreise. Ich habe dort nur geschlafen , nicht die Küche benutzt und nur das Bad benutzt. Bei der Abreise wurde mir versichert, dass ich die Kaution bis auf einen kleinen Betrag zurück bekomme. Ist noch nicht erfolgt.
Ich meine bei der Buchung Bookig.com hätten diese zusätzlichen Kosten stehen müssen

Schwimmbad auf Dachterrasse mit Blick über Antibes
Pros:

Schwimmbad auf Dachterrasse ist phänomenal, Balkon ist gemütlich (leider derzeit mit Blick auf Baustellr) und die Ausstattung sehr gut.

In Bahnhofsnähe ist man mit dem Zug schnell (und staufrei) in Cannes oder Nizza, Monaco.

Cons:

Das Schlafsofa war zwar bequem, aber mir hätte ein Bett besser gefallen. Bei 2 Tagen klappt man es nicht ein.

Pros:

Big apartment, location was good, the rooftop pool is great and staff helpful

Cons:

The self cleaning is not ideal and would be better if it was just included in the price. The accomodation is a small bit dirty in some parts because of this eg. The sink has a lot of marks as does the shower/bathtub
