Please note that a €60 end-of-stay cleaning fee for the apartments is not included in the price. You may choose to pay this fee or clean the accommodations yourself. Breakfast is available at €13 per person per day, with reservations required the night before. Pets are welcome for a fee of €20 per day or €75 per week. В следующий раз остановилась бы снова в этом месте, мне все понравилось.
Pros:

Удобное размещение. В 10 ти минутах ходьбы ж/д вокзал, остановки автобуса, до набережной 20 минут, рядом старый город. Есть рядом магазин и буланжерия. В отеле тихо, приветливый персонал. Есть камеры хранения, где можно оставить вещи после выселения и погулять по городу, если у вас есть время до поезда/ автобуса.

Cons:

Не сразу разобралась как включить телевизор, но пришел работник и быстро все настроил.

Pros:

Everything was great! I was in an apartment on the first floor. It was so nice, clean and quiet. The bed is so comfortable.

Cons:

I was fine with these, but just a note to the future guests: There's no room service. However, you can change your sheets and towels once every 7 days. Also, you have to take your trash outside, buy toalet papers to yourself l, and on your last day, you have to tide up the room. :)

Pros:

La struttura si trova in una comoda posizione, con parcheggi comodi nelle vicinanze. C'è la possibilità di lasciare la macchina 2 giorni gratis, cosa molto vantaggiosa in costa azzurra. La struttura è molto bella, c'è la reception h24, molto gentile e disponibile. Ho preso un appuntamento per 2 persone, é molto spazioso, ci sono 2 letti a castello sempre pronti e un comodo divano letto. C'è un bel angolo cottura con forno microonde frigo e tutto l'occorrente per la cucina. La camera ha una grande vetrata che la rende molto luminosa e un ampio balcone. Il bagno in camera è dotato di vasca con vetro per fare la doccia. Ho apprezzato il buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La consiglio a tutti

Personalmente non ho apprezzato che solo dopo aver prenotato sono venuto a conoscenza che la pulizia era a carico mio. O si paga 65€ in più o bisogna pulire l'appartamento in autonomia. Quando sono arrivato ho riscontrato l'appartamento apparentemente pulito ma molto polveroso. Soprattutto negli angoli, sui battiscopa e punti nascosti. La vetrata era molto sporca e anche il vetro della doccia pieno di calcare. Reputo comunque queste cose non influiscono sul mio punteggio positivo e sul mio ottimo soggiorno trascorso in questa ottima struttura

Très bon accueil. Un grand merci à Lidia qui a répondu à nos attentes en terme d'emplacement du studio avec une très belle vue sur le fort carré et le port d'Antibes.
Tout le personnel est agréable. Établissement très propre.

Bardzo ładny widok z okna na port.

Cons:

Podejście personelu. Duża kaucja i problem jej odzyskaniem (minął tydzień a nadal nie otrzymaliśmy zwrotu kaucji). Uszkodzono nam auto pod Hotelem i odmówiono nam pokazania nagrania z kamer. Bardzo niewygodne łóżka. Łazienka wymaga remontu. Toaleta klastofobiczna. Ciasne wejście do pokoju.

très bon séjour très abordable et bien situé pour une ville comme Antibes
Pros:

la propreté, la présence d'un employé à n'importe quel moment de la journée et de la nuit
la sécurité (code d'entrée)
très belle vue sur la belle piscine pour nous
très bonne literie bien que ce soit un canapé pliant
des prestations : salle de sport, lingerie...

Cons:

le prix du parking est affolant
d'ailleurs nous ne l'avons pas pris, pourtant nous sommes restés 1 semaine
heureusement il y a de quoi se garer aux alentours

Bon rapport qualité prix, personnel prévenant et professionnel.
Pros:

Emplacement proche du port et de la vieille ville, des magasins d’alimentation et des grands axes. Équipement de qualité et suffisant pour nos besoins. Bémol pour un côté du matelas un peu affaissé. Nous avons pu profiter du balcon pour manger à midi au soleil. Des avril piscines ouvertes donc c’est un must. Salle de déjeuner sympa et jardin agréable.

Cons:

Nous avons séjourné hors période de congé scolaire, et les bruits étaient peu présents. Par contre dès que d’autres logeurs se déplaçaient à l’étage c’était bruyant car nous étions face à l’ascenseur. À retenir. Un chantier juste à côté était bruyant dès le matin mais cela ne nous a pas gênés. Piscines non encore ouvertes mais c’est normal.

Location was FANTASTIC

Cons:

Tired and not be told about cleaning charge before booking.I always strip beds and tidy before leaving any rooms I have stayed in but being told to wash floors take out rubbish to outside bins and take down bedding and towels after booking or a change of €65 will be taken from your €200 deposit didn’t sit well ? I also cleaned the room more than when I arrived.
