L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très agréable, avec un accès direct à la plage.

Le personnel de la réception n’a pas été très réactif. On ne nous a pas informés que le petit-déjeuner se terminait à 10h30, ce que je trouve regrettable, d’autant plus que cet horaire est assez tôt.

Nous avions réservé longtemps à l’avance, mais à notre arrivée, nos chambres n’étaient toujours pas prêtes. Nous les avons finalement obtenues vers 17h50. De plus, elles n’étaient pas correctement équipées : il n’y avait ni serviettes, ni pantoufles , ni aucun des équipements habituels.

Concernant le lit pour enfant, nous avions bien précisé ce besoin lors de la réservation. Pourtant, nous avons dû le réclamer à plusieurs reprises avant qu’il soit enfin installé.

Ce n’était pas notre premier séjour dans cet hôtel, mais nous avons eu l’impression que la qualité du service n’est plus la même qu’auparavant. Je suis très déçue, tout comme ma famille.

En revanche, je tiens à souligner la gentillesse du personnel de la piscine ainsi que de l’équipe du petit-déjeuner et à Madame Najat, qui s’occupait de notre chambre elle a été particulièrement gentille et serviable tout au long de notre séjour.

L’emplacement bord de mer, vraiment très agréable.

Cons:
