A delightful place. A charming boutique hotel, managed by Piero, who is available 24/7 to offer any assistance needed—whether it’s great restaurant recommendations, connections with service providers, or anything else that comes up. The rooms are spotless, the beds are very comfortable, and the linens are soft and inviting. The hotel staff is kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Familiäres Hotel mit gepflegten Zimmern
Pros:

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück mit Panoramablick auf die Berge, insgesamt ruhige Lage. Sehr bequeme Betten, viel Holz im Raum.
Jaime ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, sein Sohn Pierro spricht sehr gut Englisch. Emerson kümmert sich toll um die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und im Bad.
Das Viertel ist wenig touristisch und eine Wohngegend, in der wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt haben.
Das Stadtzentrum ist etwa 1 km zu Fuß entfernt.

Cons:

Es gibt immer wieder mal Probleme mit dem Wasser, was für die Stadt wohl generell zutrifft. Daher ist es manchmal viel zu heiß und manchmal dauert es sehr lange, bis es überhaupt warm wird.

The most welcoming, family run hotel.
Pros:

This was such a beautiful hotel - the rooms were lovely, clean and homely. The staff were so welcoming, and they would do anything to ensure you had a great time. The view from the dining area was magical, and the breakfasts were amazing. A perfect stay.

Walking distance from the bus station, beautiful views from the top floor breakfast area. Piero was very friendly and gave us great advice. Also helpful in arranging transport for us

Super fijn verblijf gehad! De eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk, maakte altijd tijd voor een praatje of om te helpen met boeken van tours en brachten ons zelfs naar het busstation. De kamer was ook top, ruim genoeg en fijne bedden. En een (soms zelfs te) hete douche!

A great experience in every respect, but keep in mind it is not centrally located.

Really great base for hiking and lovely staff
Pros:

Staff went above and beyond, let us have breakfast the day we first arrived as we got there super early and let us shower when we finished our trek even though we hadn't booked another night. Hotel is lovely and has amazing views from top floor breakfast bar and a delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Hotel is a 20ish min walk from town but means it's super quiet. Only 3 soles into town.

Pros:

El hotel, sus instalaciones y el staff que lo lleva, Jaime y su hijo Piero te hacen sentir como en casa, se encargaron de agendar nuestra excursión a la laguna 69 y mas barata que por agencias, las habitaciones estan super limpias y muy nuevas, camas cómodas y una ducha espaciosa y con agua caliente, el hotel es muy bonito y esta situado cerca de lo importante pero alejado del ruido, lo recomiendo si vais a Huaraz

Excelente, Maimara Hotel
Pros:

El predio es excelente, limpio y ordenado.
Muy buena ubicación, totalmente seguro y la atención de Don Jaime fue la mejor.
El comedor, donde se desayuna, tiene una vista increíble.
