La vista de la habitación es simplemente fantástica. Algo que me sorprendió es la amabilidad de todo el personal, realmente me sentí como en casa, y siempre estuvieron muy atentos a todo. Me he hospedado en muchos lugares, hoteles, airbnb, y creo que este es de los que más voy a recomendar.

Cons:

Creo que la habitación pese a que está muy bien, podría mejorar un poco en el tema de los cortineros y alguna que otra luz que no encendía, fuera de eso, todo estuvo muy bien.

It’s ok for one or two nights
Pros:

The property has an amazing view of the lake, also the main house where the reception is is very nice.

Cons:

The building where our room was was not the nicest, and you can hear everything from the other rooms. The bed was ok but the pillows were very bad, although we asked for two more and they were super kind to bring them to us. Also the bathroom has a smell. We had to sleep with the windows open. Also the shower was very hard to manage but it had hot water and good pressure.

Höflichkeit des Personals.

Schloss der Schiebetür zum Balkon defekt.
Etwas abgewohnte Möbel.
Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer sehr hell und blendet, wenn man im Bett liegt, weil sie an der gegenüber liegenden Wand befestigt ist. Sehr unvorteilhaft.

Przepięknie położony obiekt z widokiem na el Peñon 😍 lokalizacja jest najlepsza w całym mieście, czuliśmy się jak w parku jurajskim :)) rano śpiew ptaków, a w nocy idealna cisza. Przesympatyczne Panie w obsłudze 😊 bardzo smaczne śniadanie. Apartament prezydencki bardzo polecam - choć trochę nadgryziony zębem czasu :)) Jeśli kiedyś wrócę do Guatape, to zatrzymam się w La Madriguera! 😊😊😊

Jesteśmy ogromnie zadowoleni z pobytu. Przepiękny widok z pokoju robi niesamowite wrażenie, a wanna na balkonie z tym widokiem to absolutny hit i totalny relaks. Obsługa niezwykle miła, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Zdecydowanie miejsce, do którego chce się wrócić!
