Disappointing
Pros:

Nice look and feel and courtyard was nice

Cons:

Breakfast was very disappointing. And i believe my credit card was stolen by a member of staff while we were out.

A larger room would have made all the difference to our stay.
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, clean room and bathroom, which was very pleasant. Nice quality towels and linen.Location was handy, within walking distance of the city centre

Cons:

Unfortunately I hadn’t noticed the dimensions of the room , which turned out to be very small and rather spoilt our stay. There were no drawers in which to put our clothes and hanging space was limited. There are larger rooms, which would have been a better choice. Although it is called a hotel it didn’t quite feel like one.

Cosy, comfortable and convenient to the city centre and attractions.
Pros:

Sylvia’s warm welcome and hospitality was lovely. Our room was cosy and well furnished. The bath spa was a bonus. All thing’s considered, a nice place to stay.

Cons:

Our room was above a busy thoroughfare and traffic lights so it was noisy until quite late. Weren’t sure if there were laundry facilities on site.

Hidden treasure
Pros:

A great look and feel to the place with nice little details. Our room was nice, but lacked much hanging space and the shower was a wee bit tight. The location was quite good with an easy stroll into town . Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It needs a breakfast room. Whilst breakfast delivered to the room was excellent, there was little room to dine comfodtably.

I’ve slept better in cheaper hotels. Sort your beds out, the number one priority for any hotel is decent beds.
Pros:

The ground floor room was suitable for my mobility-impaired mother. Relatively close to town. Was able to park on site. Quiet.

Cons:

The beds were awful. Neither of us were able to sleep in the beds provided. The 2nd bed appeared to be temporary with a significant dip in the middle and side. The main bed had zero ‘give’ and was as hard as a rock. There was nowhere in the shower to place items and it was exceedingly small. And the bathroom had an unpleasant odour, which appeared to be dealt with by the cleaning staff leaving the light and fan going each day after servicing the room.

Stadtkern ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Parkplätze stehen nur sehr begenzt zur Verfügung. Öffentlicher Parkraum vor dem Hotel.
