An exceptional stay with top-tier amenities and wonderful hospitality — I can't wait to come back!
Pros:

This is hands down one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in! It is incredibly spacious with a great layout and a beautiful view. When they say it has everything you need, they really mean it — it is fully equipped for a comfortable life. The location is very convenient, and the beds, mattresses, and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is perfect, and the living room is both roomy and cozy. On top of that, the landlord is incredibly polite and friendly. I was absolutely delighted by the hospitality!

Cons:

Everything was perfect; there was absolutely nothing to complain about.

Pros:

Świetnie zlokalizowane miejsce, z wygodnym dojazdem i parkingiem. Blisko zarówno do szlaków turystycznych, jak i do infrastruktury. Skorzystaliśmy z polecenia właścicielki i zjedliśmy pyszną kolację w Botta Caffė. Wyposażenie apartamentu bardzo dobre, niczego nam nie brakowało. Sauna i jacuzzi pozwoliły się zrelaksować i nabrać sił. Z pewnością jeszcze wrócimy.

- Zadbany i nowy obiekt, super wyciszone okna, wszystko bardzo dobrej jakości
- Samoobsługa oparta na pełnym zaufaniu, w tym mini sklepik samoobsługowy dla gości.
- Bardzo czysto, zarówno w pokojach i w całym obiekcie
- Aneks kuchenny w apartamencie w pełni wyposażony, nic nie brakowało
- Do tego dostępna i uzupełniana chemia kuchenna, tabletki do zmywarki, itp...
- Blisko do wyciągów narciarskich w Spindeluv Mlyn i Herlikowice.
- Bardzo dobra zdalna komunikacja z właścicielem
- Dostępne mini SPA - sauna i jacuzzi.
- Parking przy obiekcie

- Bardzo łatwo trafić samochodem

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The apartment was nice, clean, and well equipped. The owner was very attentive and wrote to me every day to check if everything in the apartment was OK — maybe because of my dog 🙂, which I found very caring. The only downside was the €12 pet fee, which had to be paid in cash — this was a bit inconvenient. Also, when I booked through Booking.com I selected the option for travelling with a pet, so I didn’t notice any additional fee during the booking process and it came as a surprise on arrival. Apart from that, everything was great.

Prachtig appartement!
Pros:

Een prachtig ruim, schoon en nieuw appartement. We hebben genoten van een heerlijk verblijf. Er was dagelijkse handdoeken service en koffie/thee aanwezig. Overdag waren wij skiën. We reden een half uurtje naar het gebied wat iets groter was. Wij vonden het prima te doen. Dagelijks kregen we een appje met de vraag of alles naar wens was etc. Nee netjes. Hele vriendelijke mensen en prettig/vlot contact. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Great apartment for ski adventure
Pros:

Clean, modern, comfy apartments in good location. Quiet despite being very well communicated with ski resort. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms.

Cons:

If we had to point out to areas for improvement, it could use a couple of hangers more. The smell was a little bit smelly. We didn’t find any place for ski equipment and shoes.
