Det var inte ett dåligt läge alls men gatuhundar låg där dygnet runt. En dag glömde städarna att städa vårat rum, vi behövde då fråga om handduksbyte och extra toalettpapper, dock så fick vi snabb hjälp med det när vi frågade. Väldigt mycket flugor i rummet trotts att dörrarna var stängda och insektsskyddet användes.

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed.
I didn’t pay much attention to the negative reviews beforehand, but after making the payment, I realized that many other guests had shared similar experiences to mine.

The room was not properly cleaned. The floor was never washed, and I had to wipe the dust off the furniture myself. I even had to ask the staff to clean the bathroom a second time and to change the bedsheets, because they hadn’t done it initially. The white towels for the face and body had a bad smell, as if they were not properly washed.

There was no proper room service. To order something as simple as a coffee, we had to call a mobile number, as the reception never answered the phone.

I had paid extra for breakfast for 5 days — it was terrible. On the first day, the milk was spoiled and made me sick. The dining area was unhygienic, with flies everywhere, and we even found a hair in a cake we had taken for our young child. The menu was very poor, and the food was not fresh. We didn’t return for breakfast for the rest of the stay.

For the level of hygiene, food quality, and service provided, the price was completely unjustified. The only positive thing was the location and the spacious room, which we were kindly upgraded to by the lady who checked us in.

Other than that, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

The apartment rooms on ground floor is not attached to the hotel and is located behind the building with a restaurant as closest neighbour. It is not as nice as the pictures suggest and some homeless dogs living outside of your door.

The service from staff was however the big problem. If you ask about anything they get you a telephone number. "Call them if you want to", terrible service to be a hotel.

First of all, what is offered through booking is not an hotel. This are just some rooms that are on the side street. The rooms are directly at the street, and it has huge curtains to cover the big windows. That felt a bit weird, kinda not privacy. There is no directly way to contact the hotel you need to call through your own phone or walk to the hotel if you need something.
The electricity system was unpredictable shutting down several times and we had NO hot water.
At the end they offer a room at the hotel, there was also not Hot water there and the tv wasn't working.
The sheets and towels where not properly clean.
The breakfast was average.
