Buen alojamiento en la zona del aeropuerto.
Pros:

Habitaciones amplias, muy limpias. Contacto constante con el cliente, el conductor recoge en el aeropuerto. Personal muy amable. Tienen hervidor en la habitación y café y té. Cama cómoda con no mosquitera.

Cons:

Un poco más de flexibilidad: les pedí un desayuno antes de la hora o que me prepararan algo tipo pic nic para no salir sin comer nada y no me lo pudieron dar.

En la zona del hotel no hay nada que hacer.

Amazing friendly staff greet accommodation
Pros:

This was a beautiful property. The staff were over-the-top friendly and helpful. The room was very beautiful with coffee service, which is always appreciated. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The restaurant food was very delicious and reasonably priced. The rooftop patio was an extra bonus. We would highly recommend staying here.

It was excellent
Pros:

Fresh fruits and juice and personalised breakfast. It was homely- Home away from home. Very friendly and caring staff. Good work environment and the roof top is amazing. The quietness from the busy city life made it magical.

Cons:

Waiting for food. Chef starts making breakfast when you walk into the kitchen. So basically, time management was poor. Properly because they wanted the food to be fresh.

Don't miss this incredible this hidden gem! The staff are incredible and the space so peaceful.
Pros:

The staff (Diana and Benson) went out of their way to make us so comfortable after a very long international journey. There was a free shuttle from the airport. We arrived late at night to an international destination and Diana communicated closely with us which was incredibly helpful. In the morning we were treated to an incredible breakfast on the rooftop with a view of Lake Victoria. I would highly recommend this wonderful spot and hope to visit again soon.

Photos are the most deceptive means of persuasion.
Pros:

Staff endeavor to satisfy customer needs, they try very hard and they have genuine desert to fulfill ones needs. They offer everything at reach to satisfy guests.

Cons:

The road to the hotel.
Some bathroom equipment is old and needs renovation/repair.
