Pros:

Tudo é bem limpo, gostoso, os lençois são excelentes, meu quarto além de ter um balcão com vista pra piscina ainda tinha vista pra uma arvore florida. Tudo amplo. Pra quem vai de casal tem espaco pra bastante roupa no armario. Sanitario amplo e confortavel. Nada a reclamar. Cafe da manha bom e serviço excelente. Piscina uma delicia tb super relaxante

Nada. Tudo excelente. LocaliAcao pratica Estacionamento no entanto era na rua embora dissesse que tinha.. Mas ha vagas e é um trecho com pouco movimento.

Tolles Hotel mit Dschungel Flair
Pros:

Es ist ein Hotel mit Jungle Flair im sonst eher hektischen Cancun. Tolle Bar, sehr gute Cocktails, chillige Musik und charmante Atmosphäre. Rundherum viele Restaurants, oxxo Markt usw.

Dormitorio increíble con varias estancias.
Zona de estar enorme con neverita, agua y tés.
Dormitorio súper amplio con armario.
Terraza enorme con amagas y bañera.
Baño muy amplio y grande con 2 lavabos.

La zona de desayuno con mucho encanto y el desayuno muy rico con muchas opciones a elegir.

Todo súper bonito y cómodo.

El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Como punto negativo, desde la habitación se escuchaba la música del bar de la esquina.

Snyggt och annorlunda hotell med bra läge down town i Cancun.
Pros:

Fantastiskt fint o annorlunda hotell. Fina rum och fin omgivning på hotellet. Personalen i receptionen var mkt tillmötesgående.
Mkt bra läge till restauranger och bussar till stranden.

Cons:

Allt va bra.

Pros:

Very nice staff, we left the suitcases for a couple of hours after the check out. The room was very big and beautiful with a nice terrace.

The only thing that needs to be improved is the flushing system.

Hôtel sympa et bien placé au centre, pas très loin d’une petite place avec street food, musique, marché le soir.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner trop simple et pas très copieux pour notre part. Peut-être avoir la possibilité de prendre du sucré et du salé?

Pros:

Un hotel en el centro de Cancun con fácil acceso a servicio de transporte,playas etc. Habitaciones bien equipadas y limpias. El personal de re epcion es muy amable sobretodo chabeli que siempre estuvo disponible. El restaurante de sushi es una verdadera delicia y los chicos son muy amables y dedicados. Me encantaría volver

Cons:

Bij aankomst in het hotel zijn we direct weggegaan en hebben iets anders geboekt. We hadden voor onze laatste dagen iets leukers/meer luxe verwacht. Ligt mogelijk aan onszelf. Ik weet niet hoe de sterren van een hotel bepaald worden maar 5 sterren voor deze locatie klopt niet. Ik zou het 2 sterren geven. Veel ruimtes, waaronder de kamers, zagen er wat smoezelig uit. Jammer.

Gostamos da localização, e do hotel em geral, mas para um hotel de 5 estrelas está um pouco descuidado no que diz respeito à manutenção... a piscina é linda! mas deviam cuidar melhor..

Cons:

Não gostamos do pequeno almoço, para um hotel 5 estrelas é muito fraquinho (pequeno almoço incluído) um dia nem tomamos..
E no ultimo dia, nem trouxeram o sumo de laranja esqueceram se! Deviam investir num simples Buffet, seria mais prático...
