Pros:

Un hotel en el centro de Cancun con fácil acceso a servicio de transporte,playas etc. Habitaciones bien equipadas y limpias. El personal de re epcion es muy amable sobretodo chabeli que siempre estuvo disponible. El restaurante de sushi es una verdadera delicia y los chicos son muy amables y dedicados. Me encantaría volver

Très bel espace piscine.
Chambre immense et très confortable.

Cons:

Les chambres à proximité du bar/restaurant sont bruyantes : musique tard et bruits de chaises.

Cons:

Bij aankomst in het hotel zijn we direct weggegaan en hebben iets anders geboekt. We hadden voor onze laatste dagen iets leukers/meer luxe verwacht. Ligt mogelijk aan onszelf. Ik weet niet hoe de sterren van een hotel bepaald worden maar 5 sterren voor deze locatie klopt niet. Ik zou het 2 sterren geven. Veel ruimtes, waaronder de kamers, zagen er wat smoezelig uit. Jammer.

Gostamos da localização, e do hotel em geral, mas para um hotel de 5 estrelas está um pouco descuidado no que diz respeito à manutenção... a piscina é linda! mas deviam cuidar melhor..

Cons:

Não gostamos do pequeno almoço, para um hotel 5 estrelas é muito fraquinho (pequeno almoço incluído) um dia nem tomamos..
E no ultimo dia, nem trouxeram o sumo de laranja esqueceram se! Deviam investir num simples Buffet, seria mais prático...

Perfect for a short stay!
Pros:

What we liked: (we only stayed for 1 night stopover)
- the hotel feels like a little oasis
- the pool
- facilities but we didn’t get a chance to use (include a remote work space and an oyster bar!)
- nice staff
- tv set up (Netflix, YouTube etc)
- spacious room

Cons:

- sink was leaking in our room but nothing crazy
- safe ran out of battery but they sent someone to fix it asap.

Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel.
Pros:

La piscine est super. L’emplacement à côté de la station de bus est top et il y a pas de restaurants autour.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas aimé l’ambiance de cet hôtel. La chambre était vétuste, bruyant, il y avait les sorties de Clim à côté de ma chambre très bruyants et la fenêtre donnait sur un passage où la lumière restait allumée la nuit, pas top pour dormir.

Séjour très agréable.
Pros:

Cet hotel fut vraiment un super endroit pour séjourner durant nos vacances au mexique. Les parties communes sont tout simplement magnifiques, et les restaurants excellents et diversifiés. le personnel est particulièrement attentionné et très gentil, toujours à rechercher notre bien être. Les chambres sont plutôt bien dans l’ensemble, les rideaux sont très occultant et il y a une baignoire sur la terrasse ! Pour finir, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est top, nous pouvons faire énormément de choses à pied ce qui est vraiment pratique. Il n’y a pas de parking privé mais nous pouvons nous garer dans la rue devant gratuitement et il y avait toujours des places. Je recommande largement pour passer de bonnes vacances à cancun.

Great spot for a few days to explore the area and retreat to our room.
Pros:

Breakfast was great at this location, they had something different every morning. If your looking for big portions and meat you may not like it as much. very nice back area to hang out and get away from the crowded streets.

Cons:

Washrooms need to be updated a bit. They were clean but could use some TLC. You have to walk up the stairs to get to your room, but we needed the exercise. The stairs are tight, so it could be a challenge for elderly people. Some noise at night from the restaurant next door, but it's jazz-type music, which we liked.

​"La verdad es que me voy encantado. Lo que más me ganó fue la llegada: el check-in fue súper rápido y el detalle de que te reciban con una toallita húmeda para refrescarte te cambia el ánimo de una vez, sobre todo después del viaje.
​La habitación me sorprendió para bien, es bastante grande y estaba impecable, se nota que se toman en serio la limpieza. En general, todas las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, no se ve nada viejo ni descuidado. Además, el personal es un diez; son muy amables y siempre están ahí pendientes por si necesitas cualquier cosa. Sin duda, un sitio para repetir."
