Great value, staff were very friendly
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The boutique-style decor is unique and creates a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.

Cons:

The bedroom had a noticeable odor that felt a bit old and musty, similar to a basement.

On a positive note, it was great to have both a Mexican restaurant and an oyster bar on site. While the food itself was okay, the service was excellent and the restaurant staff really stood out.

Overall, the experience was not excellent and would only recommend it for a one-night stay.
Pros:

The hotel looks lovely in the photos, especially the exterior.

Cons:

The rooms are not very nice. Breakfast was a complete joke only five options, all with eggs, and no alternatives, which shows little consideration for allergies.
They offered a plate of watermelon that had clearly gone bad, likely left too long in the fridge.
The pool looks nice but is not clean. While the rooms are cleaned daily, they have a strong sewage smell.

Pros:

​Me encantó mi estancia. El check-in fue súper rápido gracias a Chavely, que nos atendió de maravilla desde que llegamos. La habitación está muy bonita y súper bien cuidada, se nota que están en todos los detalles.
​Lo mejor fue la comida: cenamos un sushi delicioso en uno de sus restaurantes y el desayuno en el restaurante de comida local estaba increíble. Además, el hotel tiene cafetería y un spa buenísimo para relajarse.
​¡Súper recomendado, sin duda volveré!

Pros:

​El hotel es muy bonito y las habitaciones son preciosas, pero lo mejor de todo es la atención. Muchas gracias especialmente a Chavely por ser tan amable, nos hizo sentir como en casa.
​Tienen dos restaurantes donde se come delicioso, una cafetería y hasta una smoke shop ahí mismo, lo cual es súper cómodo. La ubicación es perfecta porque te queda todo cerca. ¡Súper recomendado!

Pros:

​​Me encantó el hotel, es muy bonito y las habitaciones están preciosas. Lo que más disfrutamos fue la alberca, tiene un diseño increíble y es perfecta para descansar. Además, la ubicación es súper céntrica, te queda todo cerca.
​La comida es otro nivel; tienen dos restaurantes deliciosos, una cafetería y un spa donde realmente te desconectas. También es muy práctico que tengan una smoke shop ahí mismo. En general, la atención de todo el personal fue excelente. ¡Muy recomendado!

Pros:

The bar staff and check in staff were lovely. Didn't meet housekeeping but they were on top of everything. Great place, quirky and much nicer than a boring hotel.

First stay in Cancun
Pros:

The staff were nice the lighting in our room needed to jve bigger bulbs. Some bulbs were missing bulbs very dark in room.not much breakfast options for free breakfast included with room stay.alao were weren't able to gave tequila one night. Pool was cold, ran out cheese, tea as well. However location was great, with a few changes like we mentioned it's good value.

A 5 STAR SCAM - AVOID THIS HOTEL

SCAM - WE DON'T LIKE NOTHING

Terrible experience from start to finish.
When we arrived, they gave us a different room than the one we booked (we had reserved a suite, but they put us in a standard room without telling us). When we asked for the room we had booked, they said it was “under repairs” because they were working on the terrace.

They still assigned us that room, and the next morning we found workers inside doing construction. Completely unacceptable.

The reception staff is useless and unfriendly — they don’t help and don’t even greet you when you come back.
This hotel is sold as a 5-star, but it’s nowhere near that standard. It honestly feels like a scam.

We asked for a partial refund for all the problems, and they laughed and said they’d “gift” us one free night on a future stay — ridiculous, since we live on the other side of the planet and would never stay here again.

The room was dirty and smelled of mold. Poor pressure of water.
It’s a shame because the building itself isn’t bad, but with staff and management like this, everything becomes a nightmare.

Avoid this hotel.

Hotel correct et appréciable si vous restez peu de temps
Pros:

Le choix du petit déjeuner était varié (4 options au total). La taille de la chambre était parfaite, nous avions un dressing et une salle de bain attenante à la chambre. Les commodités étaient appréciables (distributeur présent sur place, bar, restaurant, piscine et surtout OXO à proximité si besoin d’acheter des choses).

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas vraiment appréciés cette « chasse » au tips pour la moindre chose réalisée. Pour exemple, le petit déjeuner était inclus dans le prix de la chambre et le serveur ne nous laissait pas le choix de repartir sans donner de tips.
Le bruit était également fort présent, réveil tous les matins aux alentours de 8h car les femmes de ménages sont dans les couloirs et il devait sûrement y avoir des travaux car dès 8h également on entendait les ouvriers parler et taper.
