Pros:

Exactly as seen on the pictures - rooms were very clean and had great views of the city. Great location as well in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Medellin (Laureles) and walking distance to a lot of amenities.

Una estancia maravillosa en Medellín
Pros:

Un hotel muy bonito y limpio, con un personal muy servicial y amable. El desayuno se sirve a dos minutos del hotel, en una cafetería muy bonita. La zona es segura, por lo que se puede salir a pasear por la noche sin preocupaciones. El hotel es tranquilo para lo que es Medellín, así que se puede dormir sin interrupciones por la noche.

Perfecto. Lo recomedaremos
Pros:

Todo es nuevo, muy limpio, el personal muy atento y cerca de la zona de moda para salir a cenar y tomar algo. Muy seguro, volvíamos dando paseo en 10 minutos.

Weird check out
Cons:

At check out, we couldn’t leave until housekeeping checked the room. Not sure what that was all about. I’ve stated in hundreds of hotel rooms and never had that happen.

Pros:

Das Personal war super, vielen Dank dafür. Auch die Apartments waren super geräumig und mit Balkon einfach super. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wie uber kommt man auch total schnell in die Innenstadt. Die Metrostation ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt.

Cons:

Es war ein wenig laut und das Frühstück ist ein paar Blocks weiter.

Tolle Unterkunft, aber besser Cash zahlen
Pros:

Es ist sauber, die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet.
Das Frühstück gibt es in einem netten Café um die Ecke und ist wirklich gut

Cons:

Punktabzug da es nicht möglich ist mit Kreditkarte in Landeswährung zu zahlen. Der Aufschlag der automatischen Umrechnung war dabei leider sehr hoch (fast 10%).
