My week long stay was everything I hoped for and more!
Pros:

The staff were lovely, very accommodating. The room was cleaned well and the desk staff always had a smile. I loved the free laundry, the indoor/outdoor pool and the room size. They're was a wonderful variety for breakfast and it was fresh. The area was kept very clean. Perfect place for families, reunions and more!

Cons:

The breakfast could've been better. I think the staff served it hot and exactly as it should be but it wasn't good. Great variety but the daily 3 hot foods were never good. Maybe need a better quality or different items that would be good hot.

Fix the security mechanism on your room doors! Also make adjustments for them to close faster!
Lastly, paying for parking at this small hotel is a tad extra. It makes a little bit of sense if the property was bigger in a more congested area. Even if the competition is or you are sold out. But if none of these are the case it's not a good look for accommodations in Metro Center/Fountain Square / Rosa L Parks area.

Excelente
Pros:

The stay was great; we had enough space for a year. The room was nice, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was good, the breakfast was excellent, just what we expected. The parking area is quite adequate

Cons:

If they could improve something, it would be the shower, because when you turn it on, you always get cold water since you always have to open it from inside the shower and not just reach in to open it.
