Important information:

Please note Grandvalira Snow Park, a freestyle snowboarding park with floodlit slopes, is located next to the hotel and is open from 16.00 to 21.00. Some rooms may experience noise from the park when there are events taking place. However, all rooms facing the snow park have double-glazed windows.

Pros:

Personal muy atento y simpatico. Desayuno variado. Limpio y practico.

Cons:

Nada grave, a mejorar la temperatura del agua caliente y las sabanas de la cama: muchas capas pero un poco cortas.

Todo muy bien, la limpieza, la amabilidad de los trabajadores, el desayuno muy bueno, te ayudan con cualquier duda que tengas y buscan siempre darte una solución, me gustó mucho.

Cons:

lo único fue la cena que era un poco escasa , nos pusieron una butifarra que es una especie de salchicha y solo te ponían una. Igual 2 unidades estaría bien ya que son pequeñas, pero por lo demás todo bien.

todo genial, gran Hotel calidad-precio el personal amable y buena ubicación si vas a esquiar.
Cons:

El menú de la cena por el precio que tiene 17'50€ debería subir un poco la calidad y la cantidad o ser un poco más económico sino. Tampoco tienes mucho donde elegir por la zona si no coges el coche.

El trato del personal es excepcional desde el primer momento y todas las recomendaciones y atención que te prestan para que nuestra estancia fuera lo mejor posible ,nos dio información de todo lo que podíamos hacer en la zona, restaurantes, vida nocturna etc, está muy bien ubicado y te facilitan el transporte a la estación de ski, trato muy familiar, no es un hotel moderno pero te sientes muy cómodo.
