A clean and economical option
Pros:

A good size room with a comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. The property has secure parking, which was perfect for cars, motorcycles, or vans.

Cons:

The shower needs a curtain to stop water going all over the floor. The pillows were really hard. It's currently being built.

超便利な安価宿
Pros:

とにかく立地が良かったです。シパン博物館やレストラン街、メルカド、チクラヨ行きのコレクティボ乗り場も歩いていける圏内でとても便利でした。ツインルーム１泊80ソル(=22ドルくらい)と安価にも関わらず、ベッドはちょっと硬めでしたが快適でしたし、シャワーも温かいお湯が勢いよく出ました。

Cons:

シャワーとトイレが一緒にあるのですが、なぜかシャワーにシャワーカーテンがなく、シャワーをつかうとトイレ部も一部びしょびしょになってしまうのが気になりました。

Los acabados, comodidad, cortinas nuevas, TV un poco más grande que el promedio en hostales, pisos y paredes del baño tipo mármol, muy limpio todo.

Mucha bulla en la noche, no pudimos descansar hasta que apagaron la música alrededor de la medianoche, y era un Lunes.

Quiet place at a good price for a night in Lambayeque
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, quiet. About a 15 min walk into town for coffee/ breakfast. Excellent secure parking to stash moto. Juan, at the desk, very friendly and kind.

Cons:

Offering coffee/tea or at least hot water would be great.
