room is good. toilet is good. Beds were clean. Balcony view is superb!
Breakfast is over priced! String hoppers, Egg, Pol Sambal, Dhal (Very few dhal seeds) for 800/- LKR is too much.

We booked the hotel, however, the hotel was closed and it was very dark there. The hotel should not be listed on the booking.com if it is close. Very pathetic. It was night and heavy rain was going on.

Not matched our expectation . Very normal hotel . Location is good but they are using the third floor only for hotel . Others are occupied by bank .no lift .

Hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of great recommendations and were keen to help. Easy to get tuks and good value for money. Nice views over the track and onto the hills.
Bathroom was a bit basic.
The manager was wonderful, spoke very good English, met all our requests and recommended a few good sites to visit during our stay. The beds had lovely duvets for the colder nights. The sun room upstairs has great views. Quiet location but close to everything. The best restaurant in town is just around the corner.
A clean, nice and light airy room with rap around balcony. Very comfortable and warm bed (was quite cold during our visit so much appreciated!) and shower with hot water.

The stink in the reception area and the room was awful. The weird room freshener in the room and the bathroom was giving a bad headache. The stink was so strong that it stayed in our bags and stuff till we came back home.
We liked the helpfulness of our host the most. He immediately gave us the best tips to visit Nuwara Eliya. The beds were covered warmly because it was quite chilly outside. We had a delicious and extensive breakfast in the morning.
