An absolute true Gem on this beautiful Island
Pros:

This is an absolute true find on this beautiful Island.If you are thinking of booking…do it.A truly peaceful escape set amongst Olive Trees. The attention to detail is simply second to none. Nothing is too much trouble & you are made to feel so at home in the beautiful surroundings of you suite. Staff are always available to sort anything you may need from room service , local information or just a chat. So many smiley faces ! Around the resort some one is always cleaning , brushing up leaves & polishing.This includes sparkling pools .If you love interiors You’ll be in heaven .Quality furniture & soft furnishings to admire. And finally the food… all quality homemade freshly prepared delights . Great selection of Wines too. Breakfast was perfectly presented & so delicious . I found the choice to be spot on. May i thank Anastasiia especially & her wonderful staff for making me feel so welcome , spoilt & comfortable. I will definitely return next year & would throughly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing , peaceful quality experience on this beautiful Island.

I can honestly say … nothing :) I have been fortunate to have stayed in beautiful places & there was definitely a lovely , quality calming ambiance here the minute you stepped through the beautiful entrance door.

Pros:

Très bel établissement et calme (malgré la proximité acec l’aéroport), les chambres sont bien équipées, le personnel est agréable

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très bon mais un peu léger (peut être le fait d’être hors saison), ce n’est pas un buffet mais une carte.
Si la chambre n’a pas de piscine ou jacuzzi privé, aucune piscine dans l’hôtel (important de le savoir)

I had a wonderful stay at Pierros Verde. The hotel is beautifully located, very clean, and surrounded by nature. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel truly welcome. Theo is simply the best manager under the sun – always helpful, attentive, and making sure everything runs perfectly.

The restaurant offers fantastic food with plenty of delicious options, and the service makes you feel like the most important guest in the hotel. The room was comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and overall it was an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday

Not 5-Star - would not recommend for the price
Pros:

Great location – about a 10-minute walk to the strip with lots of beach bars, shops, and nightclubs. Since the hotel is up on a hill, you can enjoy peace and quiet in your room away from the noise.
Warm welcome – the reception staff were very lovely, greeting us with a cold drink and refreshing hand towel on arrival.

Cons:

- A lot of mosquitos around the pool.
- Rooms lacked privacy and weren’t cleaned properly when we first checked in.
- Blocked shower drain on the first night; took over 12 hours, multiple phone calls, and a personal visit to reception the next day before it was fixed.
- The manager seemed to lack proper training in hospitality, as he did not handle complaints effectively and his attitude came across as unprofessional and rude.
- Overall, service and facilities did not meet 5-star standards. Not good value for money.

Pros:

I have no words to describe how wonderful the people working in this hotel are. The décor and everything else is one thing (every little detail is perfected and fills you with peace and delight), but another thing are the waiters, the manager, everyone working here – they take care of everything a guest needs, even things not connected with the hotel (everyone here got involved and is helping me with the process of adopting a cat from Greece to Poland). Everyone is smiling, helpful, funny. I have never met such wonderful people and such a wonderful place. Oh, and the breakfast - perfect!!! Thank you. I will definitely come back here next year.

Nice stylish quite place but more strong 4+ definitely not 5 star
Pros:

Nice decor , quite separate rooms , stylish

Cons:

Salty water in taps and shower which for 5 star should be filtrate or at least there should be information about it.
Our room was only sunny in the morning and when we asked to move because of sun and the water in tap the question was refused.
The breakfast wasn’t great , not much choice and the staff took ages to make coffee that we finished our breakfast before it was served.

Pros:

The staff were fantastic hosts, helping me with everything beyond just my accommodation needs. They arranged taxis, ensured I got the most out of my boat trip and showed genuine care throughout my stay.

On my first night, I met Rose at reception, he was an amazing host. After his shift, he even showed me around the hotel, which made me feel very welcome. There were also many small gestures of kindness from the team that added an extra level of comfort and made my stay truly memorable.

Pros:

The property was absolutely stunning, and the staff incredibly kind and attentive. We traveled by car, which made it easy to explore the island from the hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!
