Tolles Hotel! Das Zimmer sind neu und sauber, mit großen Fenstern, warm und gemütlich. Die Renovierung ist stilvoll und modern. Es liegt mitten im Zentrum! Das Frühstück ist fantastisch!! Ich verstehe nicht, was diejenigen, die hier schreiben, dass es an Abwechslung mangelt, zum Frühstück essen, aber ich hänge ein Foto an: Es gab Obst, Würstchen, Käse, Speck, Joghurt, verschiedene Säfte und Brötchen etc. Der gemahlene Kaffee aus dem Automaten war köstlich, genauso wie Cappuccino, Latte, Tee usw. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend; sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und geholfen. Parkplätze sind kostenlos, wenn man ein bisschen herumfährt und sucht, oder es gibt offene Parkplätze ganz in der Nähe; man muss nicht, wie alle anderen behaupten, 18 € in der Tiefgarage ausgeben.

Тихий номер. Хороший завтрак. Хорошая постель. Есть холодильник, чайник, чай-кофе-сахар. Удобное расположение отеля недалеко от центра, большое количество кафе и ресторанов рядом. Понятная автоматическая регистрация в отеле.

Cons:

Верхние этажи не особо удобные. Далеко идти. Нет своей парковки. Но можно найти парковку на улице (платно).

Sehr herzliches Hotel mit tollem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Ich bin alleine nach Karlsbad gereist und habe mich im Hotel Pilgrim vom ersten Moment an sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Mir wurde beim Gepäck geholfen, ich bekam ein gut erreichbares Zimmer und ein frühes Check-in war problemlos möglich, da ich früher als erwartet zurückkam – das war für mich eine große Erleichterung und alles andere als selbstverständlich.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich sehr fair. Besonders positiv überrascht war ich vom Frühstück: Für 8 Euro bekommt man frische Säfte, Obst und Gemüse, warme Speisen wie Eier, Würstchen und Bohnen, verschiedene Brot- und Brötchensorten, Aufschnitt, Joghurt, Cornflakes sowie einen Kaffeevollautomaten. Sehr vielfältig und absolut angemessen für den Preis.
Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr willkommen gefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Cons:

Je nach Zimmerlage kann man die Straße etwas hören. Das ließ sich jedoch nicht ganz vermeiden und hat meinen Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt.
