EPICENTER LUXURY RESIDENCE

The property was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and great location for exploring. Everything was such high quality, the beds were so comfortable.

Our stay was amazing. The owner and his family looked after us very well. The rooms were serviced every day. We would recommend the villa to everyone who is looking for an amazing stay. Thank you 🙂

We had a fantastic stay at Epicenter Luxury Resdience which is a new property ideally located in the centre of the island close to all amenities and transport links.

Epicenter is located in Mesaria approx 200m from the bus stops to Fira, Kamari or Pyrgos. Supermarkets, bakeries, car hire and restaurants also only a 5 minute walk away. This makes it an ideal location to explore Santorini in any direction.

The two apartments are newly built to an extremely high quality and have everything you’ll need for your stay. The pool and hot tubs are a good size are spotlessly clean. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are well equipped and have been designed and decorated beautifully. Maybe not clear from the description is that one apartment is down stairs and the other one above it (great views!), that both have a second toilet and shower room (just as nicely finished as the main bathroom), the kitchen has a dishwasher and that the apartments are cleaned daily.

However, the best thing about Epicenter was how well looked after we were by Geri and his family. Their hospitality was second to none and they couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best it could be. Geri, his wife and his mother were extremely friendly and helpful and looked after us in any way they could. Santorini is of course stunningly beautiful and bring made to feel like a valued guest rather than a tourist by Geri and his family was the icing on the cake.

I expect with such top quality service and the fantastic accommodation that Epicenter Luxury Residence will be highly sought after in the future.

Incredible property. Everything was of a very high quality and only a few months old. The whole property was beautifully equipped and decorated. They really have thought of everything.

Gerry and his family went above and beyond from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Nothing was too much trouble. Always willing to share local tips and knowledge as well as restaurant recommendations. We stayed in one apartment and our friends the other (families with teens 13-20). This worked well for us as it was so private and the pool area was perfect for us. Great for extended family or friend holidays.

The location is good. Messaria is central, not very touristy but has bars, small supermarkets. and restaurants. We spent a lot of the day at the pool and then went out to other villages later in the day. We only hired a car one day to see the things we couldn’t get buses to. We travelled to Kamari, Perissa, Pyrgos and Fira by bus. Only 2eur each journey.
