Hotel Riviera

I love that the hotel had its own pool and sun-bed area, free to use whenever. The bar is also nice. The staff were always so helpful and welcoming. It is close to many places, I did not use public transport because everywhere was in walking distance. The beach is also right across the road 10/10

This hotel is located in a truly fantastic spot — right on the beachfront and within walking distance of the town center. The sea views are simply breathtaking, and the sunsets are some of the most beautiful we have ever seen.

What made our stay especially memorable was the warm and genuine hospitality. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like visiting a beloved aunt’s home. The staff made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Every email and request was answered promptly, and they were always happy to help with anything we needed.

The breakfast offered everything necessary without unnecessary excess, and that was exactly what we appreciated. Fresh, tasty, and thoughtfully prepared — just the perfect way to start the day.

The view from our room was absolutely beautiful!!!! We had booked a Side Sea View room but were pleasantly surprised to receive a Sea View room instead. The view was stunning and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
The room was clean, and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

We also appreciated being able to continue using the pool after check-out and having access to a shower in the sauna area before leaving.
Although we were informed in writing that a luggage room would be available, our luggage was actually left in the corridor and was not stored in a locked room. Fortunately, nothing happened to it, but this is something that could be improved.

We stayed at Hotel Riviera twice. Once before we left for a week in Symi and then for another 3 nights when we returned.
The staff of this hotel have to be the best staff we have ever encountered at any accomodation.
All of them, from management to reception to cleaners, maintenance people and the lovely lady in the breakfast room treated us like family.
On our third night, my husband got sick and we couldn’t make our flight to Crete. So the amazing staff worked their manic and allowed us to stay in the same room so my husband could recuperate.
Then on the morning of our flight to Crete, we had to leave hotel at 6am and there was a packed breakfast for us to take with us to the airport.
All of this, as well as the beautiful view from the balcony, makes this hotel exceptional.
We can’t wait to come back and stay next time we are in Rhodes. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Walking distance to all parts of Old and New town. We had a sea view and what a view that was. Staff were so lovely and friendly. Breakfast was great with a huge choice. I loved that they had a toaster! Free parking was a real bonus. I would definitely stay again. Especially loved the little souvenirs given to us at checkout.

Asukoht hea ja hind ka.

Sijainti rauhallinen, mutta tarpeeksi lähellä nähtävyyksiä ja vanhaa kaupunkia. Ranta ja ravintolat vieressä. Parvekkelta hyvät näköalat merelle. Majoituimme ylimmässä 7. kerroksessa. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Ilmastoitu huone oli hyvä juttu.

We spent 3 nights at Hotel Riviera and from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like family. The wonderful staff couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing we asked was a problem. From the reception to the lovely lady at breakfast and the cleaners, everyone was so accomodating.

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar çok yardımcıydı. Kahvaltısı da çok güzeldi. Oda da hergün temizlik yapılıyordu. Bu otele ilerde yine gelmek isterim.

Staff (receptionists, lady in the breakfast room and cleaning ladies) were very friendly and professional, always willing to help! The hotel was very clean and there was always someone at the reception to speak to.
