W tej cenie co zarezerwowaliśmy to rewelacja.

Bardzo miła obsługa!
Dobre jedzenie.
Zjeżdżalnie ok, byliśmy w październiku i wszystkie baseny były czynne.

Pros:

Belle situation de cet hôtel avec une superbe vue sur la mer
La chambre avec terrasse vue sur mer est un petit plus.
La formule tout inclus est parfaite et surtout les mets préparés sont de qualité.
Petit plus, le personnel est aux petits soins et très réactif .

Cons:

Dommage que la WIFI ne soit pas incluse.
En arrière saison, il manquait un peu d'animation le soir.

Super break sous le chaud soleil d'octobre
Pros:

L'ensemble du personnel, accueil, ménage, cuisine, service restaurant, super efficace et toujours souriant.
La propreté des chambres, et de tous les différents espaces (piscines, restaurant, lobby...) est irréprochable !
Le calme de notre chambre : la première nuit nous étions un peu près de la route et nous avons pu changer le lendemain sans aucun souci (MERCI!)
La situation géographique : à 10 mn à pied et par une jolie promenade de la petite ville de Stalida et sa belle plage.
La variété des buffets

Cons:

Le vin offert en all inn n'est vraiment pas bon, mais nous avons pu remédier à cela (en bons Français que nous sommes ;-) en commandant du bon vin crétois à la bouteille à un tarif très correct !

Beautiful hotel with spectacular views surrounded by a gorgeous ocean.
Pros:

We loved the location. Spectacular views from the dining room. The sea surrounding the hotel is pristine and beautiful. Great place to swim and snorkel. Our room was very well appointed and immaculately decorated and clean. The food was excellent and plentiful. I really appreciated that the chef did not overly salt the food but instead allowed the natural flavors to shine through. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very professional.

Cons:

The only negative for us was the stairs leading down to the swimming platform. They should have rails for the safety of old people. Also the ladder used to climb in and out of the ocean needs to be adjusted. The top step of the ladder is not useable because it is to close to the wood of the platform. This makes it difficult for older people to climb back up.

Ubytovanie čisté, každý deň upratovali, menili uteráky. Strava rôznorodá, veľmi chutná. Personál veľmi milý a slušný. Bazény a tobogány skvelé a to aj pre deti aj pre dospelých. 10minút peši pláž s lehátkami.

המיקום נהדר, המתקנים במלון בייחוד פארק המים נפלא לילדים- אין תור רגוע ומהנה. החדרים נקיים והשירות נהדר.

צוות הקבלה אדיב שרותי ונחמד. המלון נקי מאד וחדרי האגף החדש מתוחזקים היטב. אזור המגלשות הוא אטרקציה טובה לילדים.

הכל כלול לא ממש עובד. יש חיוב עבור ברד לילדים וחלק מהאלכוהול. האוכל ברמה בינונית מאד, עם מבחר מינימלי ובחלק מהמקרים יש תחושה של חיסכון מוגזם הפוגע באורחים. אין מספיק מקומות ישיבה באזור הבריכה.

Pros:

very good hotel, our room was spacious and cleaned every day, also towels were changed every day. There are no questions about the food, the choice is wide, there was enough of everything, I would especially like to note the desserts. The staff is great. The hotel grounds are clean and well-groomed. The descent into the sea is a pier, but there is also a sandy beach 6 minutes walk away, which can be reached along a cozy embankment. I will note the pleasant moments that we did not expect, but the hotel made us happy. We arrived early, at 9 am, and check-in is from 3 pm, not only were we checked in at 11:30, we were allowed to go to breakfast and lunch. They also organized a free transfer back to the airport for us. (Such moments simply add a +). I am glad that I chose this hotel. It fully justifies its 4 stars.
