Cons:

Para usar el sauna tienes que sacar turno y te lo prenden solo por una hora, estacionamiento súper incómodo , la habitación estaba sucia.

Pros:

Nous avons eu des difficultés sur la route pour arriver à Lima et le personnel s'est montré parfaitement compréhensif et bienveillant.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et la piscine très appréciée.

Place was outdated, unwelcoming policies, far from 4 star.

- rooms were very outdated,
- Some listed amenities were not available during my stay, (sauna, steam room). Seems to be catered to locals and couples.
- Visitor policy was quite ridiculous. If you have guests come to visit you they are only allowed to stay 30 mins in your room. Even after taking their identification information. These strict policies need to be stated in hotel policies on booking sites. As a foreigner it felt very restricted and invasive. And not typical.
- also requesting 2 keys was not possible. I personally always like to have 2 keys.
- upon check out room inspection is made before you can leave the property.
- security in the front is not very friendly.

Sencillo y amable
Pros:

Destaco la atención del personal desde la recepción hasta el personal de bar, piscina y acceso, todos en general, un 7, respetuosos y atentos.
Camas cómodas y buen desayuno

Cons:

El ruido de la calle aunque cerrando la ventana, encendiendo el aire acondicionado y con tapones de oído se pasa.
