Unfortunately, our experience here was disappointing. The atmosphere felt very money-driven, and the level of hospitality did not match our expectations.
Interactions with staff were not very welcoming, especially until it came time for payment. At one point, I briefly looked into the karaoke room while it was empty, and shortly after, we received a call to our room demanding payment. It felt excessive and uncomfortable, as if we had done something wrong.
Additionally, basic amenities like toilet paper and towels were provided very sparingly. The walls are quite thin, and we could constantly hear the cleaning staff, which made it difficult to relax.
It’s clear this may have once been a very nice place, but it now feels more focused on profit than guest experience. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

Estancia agradable, pero con detalles por mejorar.
Pros:

Mi estadía fue muy agradable, el servicio fue bueno y el ambiente acogedor. Todo estuvo limpio y bien cuidado, lo cual se valora bastante.

Cons:

Sin embargo, sí me sorprendió que los espacios fueran más pequeños de lo que aparentan en las imágenes de redes. Sería ideal que eso se refleje de manera más realista para alinear mejor las expectativas de los huéspedes.

Asimismo, noté una diferencia en el precio respecto a lo que figuraba en Booking al momento de hacer el pago en el establecimiento. Entiendo que puede deberse al tipo de cambio u otros cargos, pero sería recomendable que esto se comunique con mayor claridad para evitar confusiones.

Pros:

Para los fines específicos que era estar cerca de costa 21 para un concierto, el lugar es perfecto, por que cuenta con desayuno, está en una zona muy segura, el personal es muy amable y hasta la media noche uno puede salir a conseguir algo, por que hay tiendas alrededor.
