ホテル側かこのサイトの決済システムが悪いのか、100万円の請求がきた。

Cons:

クレジットカードでの支払い時、ドルと円どちらで支払いするかカードリーダーで尋ねてきたので、円をチェックし10,700.00円の表示が出たので、支払いましたが、クレジットカード会社からの決済ができず、支払い不能となり、フロントの要望で３回決済したが全て不能。ドルで決済したらＯＫとなり支払うことができました。翌日カード会社から「カードは100万円上限で107万円の請求があったので不能とした。」との連絡がありました。ホテル側が悪いのかこのサイトの決済システムがおかしいのか分かりませんが、充分留意して下さい。ホテルからの請求時、日本円で支払いは、コンマまで確認しています。

Die Meisten der Angestellten warem Hilfsbereit und Sympatisch. Frühstücksbuffet war ok.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Aussicht gebucht. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer ohne Fesnster das nicht mal gelüftet werden konnte. Als wir das gemeldet haben, war der einzige Vorschlag das wir ein Upgrade für 50 Dollar die Nacht buchen könnten.

Desayuno variado, y muchas cosas por hacer dentro de las instalaciones del hotel. Tiene habitaciones variadas que incluyen Jacuzzi y sauna dentro de la habitación.

Cons:

La demora de atención en la piscina. La bulla de otros huespedes que al parecer estaban de fiesta hasta las 4am, no nos permitió descansar, se aviso a recepción desde la media noche pero no hubo solución hasta esa hora. Nos ofrecieron realizar checkout por el inconveniente, pero arruino la experiencia la mala noche.
