Pros:

The room was nice and they were clean every day. The bed was confortable. There was a pool area wich was good looking. The location was close to the sea and 10 minutes to the center on foot.

Cons:

The staff was a bit rude and after we payd in advance and communicate to had 2 dogs they tell us that dogs up to 10 kg were not allowed, anyway they accept our 15 kg dog but we had to pay 10 euro for dog per night.

Cons:

The rooms were reasonably clean, but the bathroom drain was completely clogged, which flooded the entire bathroom and even the bedroom floor.

The staff's attitude was unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful from start to finish. When we arrived, we waited at the reception for quite a long time, but no one showed up. We eventually had to call the phone number listed on Google just to get someone to come and check us in. We were then told that our room was not ready and to come back in 40 minutes. Shortly afterward, I received a message asking us to wait another 30 minutes.

When making the reservation, I specifically booked a double room without breakfast.

At check-in, the receptionist, who we later found out was named Ana, informed us of the breakfast hours. I asked a very simple question: "Is breakfast included in the room price?" Her answer was a clear "Yes."

When we checked out, we were greeted by neither a "hello" nor a "goodbye." Instead, a very arrogant man, who introduced himself as the manager (although his behavior was anything but professional), immediately told us that we owed **€10 per person** for breakfast. Ironically, on Booking.com, breakfast costs €10 for two people, not €20.

When we explained that this was clearly the hotel's mistake because their receptionist had explicitly told us breakfast was included, his response, in an extremely rude tone, was:"She's new. It's your fault for eating breakfast."When we asked why the price charged at the hotel was double the price advertised online, his only answer was:"Hotel policy."

I have rarely encountered such an incompetent and disrespectful staff. Instead of taking responsibility for their own mistake, they blamed their guests and expected them to pay for it. The entire experience was handled in an arrogant and unacceptable manner.

The hotel's location was very central. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good and offered a wide variety of options. Our towels were changed daily, and our bed linen was changed frequently.
