The only thing that would take me back would be the clean rooms

The inside of the room is clean

Cons:

It’s the most disorganised place i have ever been in;
1. They don’t respond to the messages on this app. They only have a landline, to get a whatsapp number you have to call landline which is difficult if you don’t have a Ugandan number
2. When i was taken to the room after check in, it was a room allocated to someone else. We moved around checking other rooms which were either not cleaned or were just upside down
3. Whilst sleeping there was a knock on the door where someone had been given a key with my room number
4. Very early in the morning someone came in to bring a cup i hadn’t requested. Also, who does room service at 8 in the morning
This place needs to be up to date with hospitality procedures. The events of my stay were not mistakes but nonprofessionalism

It was ok.
Pros:

Room was large… had to change room several times bcos of the noise from the gym.

Cons:

The noise from the street… but they can’t do anything about it I guess.

Pros:

The room was very spacious, and food served was delicious with a variety selection from both breakfast and the daily buffet at affordable prices. The Cafe which is accessible to outsiders adds good vibes/ambience to the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel is a central area closed to other dinning options, casino for those who loves gambling, shops etc.
The staff were all very helpful, friendly and so welcoming!

Cons:

While the location may be central, there are lots of disturbances late in the evenings and early mornings from vehicles especially boda bodas (motorbike taxis), matatu buses.
Therefore, I will not recommend the hotel for a romantic vacation!
