Celia, la persona que nos recibió, fue muy cordial y servicial. Nos ayudó en todo lo que pedimos. Tiene una terraza muy agradable en la que cenamos al fresco. Descansamos muy bien. Muy cerca de la terminal de buses.
Super amable y buenísimo el servicio
Le personnel super présent et souriant malgré une arrivée hors horaires cumulé avec retards avions. Qui plus est un client qui repart trois heures plus tard et hors heure d ouverture pour continuer son périple.

The style look and space
One of the best places I have stayed at, staff is super friendly and very helpful. They assisted me to get dinner as well as an Uber.

Close to the bus station so only a couple of dollars for Uber. Room was air-conditioned which was necessary. The staff were very helpful and free coffee and biscuits.
The amount of security is unnerving as everything is padlocked and you have to wait on the street to be let in but I suppose that was necessary maybe? There was no water provided and finding food for the evening was not straightforward. No hot water.
The young lady at reception was wonderful! The hotel has a common area on the 2nd floor balcony which is fantastic. The location is great, near everything but still very quiet. The neighborhood is very safe and the neighbors are so helpful. Just a wonderful stay.

So glad we found this place, best ever. Family go out of their way to help in every possible way. Stayed up late for our late flight, helped with transport to Copan, sim cards and shopping. Great shower, lovely balcony with lots of plants. If we were ever in Sps again would definitely stay here. Highly recommend.

We really appreciated the location close to the main bus terminal as we were just staying one night to catch a bus the next morning. Marisol who works at Altamira was so helpful during our stay, she even helped us order some food and organized for it to come to the hotel as it was late and dark when we arrived. Everything was clean and very quiet and we also appreciated the good AC and shower.
The breakfast is very simple and small, but at this price I think that just the fact that they provide a little something to eat is great value!
