Pros:

Breakfast had a large variety of warm dishes (I only missed the porridge) and is served on the 9th floor, which provides better views.

Location is hard to beat - next to the central square and pedestrian area, and close to the free public transportation.

The spa is tiny but very cozy and is open until 10pm - so it's a great way to relax after a day of walking through the city

Cons:

Super minor things:

Only one elevator goes all the way down to the spa area, and it's not possible to control which one arrives when you press the button. It would be much faster to come down/up if the stairs would be open to the public (it's only accessible to staff).

There is a tablet on the wall to control everything in the room, which is a cool feature, but its downside is that the screen is visible at night and it might disturb the sleep - we had to invent ways to cover it. If your dream can be disturbed by light, pack a bit of scotch tape and thick paper to cover this screen when you go to bed.
