Расположение нормально

Cons:

Номера очень темные, окна выходят в очень узкий колодец, в солнечную погоду ощущение, что в погребе, в ванной комнате пахло плесенью и сыростью, персонал пришел убираться в 5 вечера ( хотя нас не было весь день) 4 девушки в уличной обуви, ходили по номеру, что-то замазали в ванной герметиком и воняло клеем сильно, одна девушка залезла с ногами на кровать, чтобы затравить одеяло. Завтраки оооочень скудные и не вкусные. В момент заселения поняли, что ошиблись с выбором отеля и не хотим оставаться на вторую ночь, попросили отменить бронь, но деньги вернуть отказались, предложили ваучер на проживание )))) нет, спасибо! Скандалить и разбираться не было желания, сами выбрали отель, но другим не советую.

Hotel ideal para pasar unos días conociendo Belgrado.
Pros:

Hotel en pleno centro de la ciudad, ideal para recorrer Belgrado a pie. Limpieza excelente y camas cómodas, con el extra de poder usar el spa durante tu estancia, que no es muy grande pero tiene lo justo para relajarse después de un día de turismo. En nuestro caso teníamos incluido el desayuno, el cual era de una buena calidad, con bastante variedad de productos. Totalmente recormendable.

Новая гостиница в козырном месте. Очень атмосферная гостиница. В ванной комнате даже есть бидетта .Тихо. Выходишь прямо на ул. Князя Михаила. Все новое, прекрасный СПА центр, хороший ресторан. Мы отужинали в нем, очень достойно.

Очень мало места в номере, маленькая ванна.

Otel temiz, konumu güzel, Knez Mihailova caddesinin başında tam bir start point havası var. Odada her şeyin bir panelden ayarlanabiliyor olması da güzel. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi hani ekstradan şu da olsaydı diyemem. Çalışanlar şehrin kalanına göre oldukça güler yüzlüydü :)

Cons:

Odayı kilitleyebilmek isterdim problem yaşamadım ama daha iyi hissedeceğim kesin. Booking'ten ödeme yaparken alınan şehir vergisini otelde tekrar istemelerini anlamadım, her ne kadar 8eur civarı bir bedel de olsa rahatsız etti. Meh

Hotel şehrin tam merkezinde Knez Mihailova caddesinin başlangıcında. her yere yürüme mesafesinde. odalar çok temiz ve kullanışlı tv lerde dijital platformlar dahi var ama biz gezmekten onlara vakit bulamadık. havlular her gün değiştiriliyor. odalar yeni. kahvaltısı çok güzel bol çeşitli açık büfe. kendi otoparkı yok 300 m yakınında kapalı katlı otoparkı kullandık günlük 17 euro ücret alıyor. tekrar gelecek olsam yine bu hotelde kalırdım ki yaz dönemi için tekrar plan yaptık. gezemediğimiz daha çok yer kaldı.

1-odalarda ilk güne özel tek seferlik 750 ml su koyuyorlar sonrasında su ücretli
2-asansörleri çok geç geliyor. asansör algoritmalarını düzenlemeleri gerek. 2 asansör var ama ortalama 4-5 dk asansör bekliyorsunuz.

They are amazing people who are always friendly, kind and available to help customers with their needs.

Special thanks to the Reception Manager, all receptionists and F&B staff. This is not my first time here, and I always come back for business trips and stay at the Lumière Hotel.

I highly recommend it. It has a nice location, amazing rooms and friendly staff.

Перфектна локация, чисти и комфортни стаи идеално изолирани от външен шум, имайки предвид, че хотела се намира на основен булевард. Закуската е богата и помещението за закуска е достатъчно просторно, всеки гост да усеща комфорт и да се наслаждава на прекрасна гледка.
