Vendndodhja ishte fantastike. Stafi shume i sjellshem, dhomat shume te pasterta dhe te bollshme.

Mengjesi nuk shperbehej prane hotelit por ne nje hotel tjeter. Mengjesi ishte shume keq. Kjo eshte dicka qe duhet rregulluar patjeter.

ch bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel Luciano. Schon vor meiner Ankunft haben sie mir per SMS geschrieben, dass das Zimmer bereit ist und dass sie auf mich warten. Das fand ich sehr aufmerksam. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Man hat mir sogar einen Liter Wasser gekauft und gebracht – wirklich super Service! Am Morgen war die Putzfrau da, alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es leider kein Wasser und keinen Kaffee, nur Tee. Das hat ein bisschen gefehlt.

Pros:

Neues, modernes Hotel, gute Zimmerausstattung, sehr gute Matratzen!
Tägliche Reinigung inklusive Wechsel von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank war so kalt, dass alles gefroren ist. Es gab keine Einstellmöglichkeit.
