Increíble
Pros:

INCREÍBLE, de verdad súper bien conectado con toda Vienna, las instalaciones 100% recomendables. Muy cómoda las camas, todo muy muy top, sin duda alguna volveremos a quedarnos ahí cuando volvamos a Vienna

Muy limpio, moderno y seguro, muy buena relación calidad precio.

Cons:

Quizá las almohadas un poco incomodas, y la ubicación era algo lejana, pero por ese precio está bien, es entendible.

Un'ottima soluzione per la "cara" Vienna
Pros:

Rapporto qualità prezzo molto positivo. Avevo la camera "cosy": molto grande, letto king size, pulita, ben arredata, calda. Disponibile una cucina a induzione, phon, teli, moka per caffè, teiera, filtri per te e tisane, acqua in bottiglia e biscottini di benvenuto. Consiglierei a tutti, ai miei genitori e ai miei amici. Nei dintorni abbiamo trovato ristoranti viennesi fuori dal circuito turistico che mi sono molto piaciuti. Il centro dista circa 20 minuti (7 min a piedi per tram, 13 minuti di tram per centro).

Cons:

Non hanno cambiato i teli da bagno dopo 2 notti per cui ho dovuto richiedere teli nuovi direttamente all'uomo incaricato alle pulizie delle stanze. Nel bagno manca il bidet. La zona doccia è comunicante con la camera da letto senza divisorio/porta. La polvere da caffè per la moka è invecchiata. Comunque tutti dettagli irrilevanti per il prezzo pagato, soprattutto considerato che Vienna è molto cara, quindi sono contento di avere trovato questa soluzione per ammortizzare il costo del mio weekend.

Sehr moderne und saubere Unterkunft
Pros:

Sehr modernes und sauberes Apartment das mit dem Wichtigsten für einen Kurzaufenthalt ausgestattet war. In der Nähe sind einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Haltestellen öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel. Check-In lief unkompliziert.

Cons:

Da die Dusche offen im Apartment ist, roch es leider ein wenig nach Abfluss.

Great location. Apartment was not well kept. Disappointing experience.
Pros:

The location was great, spacious room and beautifully designed. Easy access to the building, comfortable beds and good heating which we needed at -5 C. The neighborhood is great and the street is quiet. But.

Cons:

We stayed in Urbanauts Studios in Trieste last summer with such a good experience and that’s why we booked this place in Vienna. But this time we were disappointed. The kitchen wasn’t clean. The whole space didn’t look well kept. The curtains were hanging loosely and you are on the ground floor so you have to have them closed, otherwise you are exposed on the street. The windows were also very dirty. There was a lot of dust in the kitchen, the kitchen table was sticky for some reason… No salt, only one small towel in the kitchen, no complete kitchen utensils, no kitchen paper, skillet was damaged, the ventilation in the bathroom made so much noise as if IDF drones are above you and you are a kid in G’za. The toilet didn’t appear very clean neither or was it the bad lighting? And the floor was so dirty it would leave our feet/ socks dirty only by crossing from bathroom to bed. Also when I asked them about parking in the street they told me that it was free parking during the day which is not true – parking is only free in the weekend and weekdays after 22:00 Overall it was not such a great experience so we decided to leave a day earlier as we were annoyed by the discomfort we felt.

Pros:

Czysto, ładny wystrój, niedaleko przystanek autobusowy. Korzystaliśmy że sprzętu kuchennego przy robieniu śniadania a z dostępnego głośnika rano puszczaliśmy radio :)
