Disappointing stay – poor preparation and questionable charges

We were charged an additional €50 for a late check-in, even though the entire process was fully automated and required no staff interaction. This charge appears unjustified and was not clearly communicated in advance.

The apartment was not properly prepared upon arrival. Several beds were missing essential bedding such as duvets, pillows, and sheets, and some were not ready at all. This forced us to share beds and significantly reduced our comfort.

Although the apartment is designed for larger groups, we stayed as a group of five and still found it uncomfortable and impractical. It is difficult to imagine how it could accommodate more guests, especially considering there is only one bathroom.

Overall, the experience did not match the advertised standard. I would not recommend this property

Pros:

Great location, lovely modern room, very quiet. Comfortable bed and power shower. Helpful staff. Keyless entry was good.

Cons:

The key code didn’t appear on the app so had to contact someone to get access which took some time.
