Gutes Hotel - Rückerstattung leider mangelhaft
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt. Besonders gefallen hat mir die schöne Terrasse, auf der man gemütlich einen Apéro oder einen Kaffee geniessen kann. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Auch das Frühstück war gut – zwar mit einer eher kleinen Auswahl, aber qualitativ völlig in Ordnung. Ein besonderes Lob geht an die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück: Sie war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und stets gut gelaunt.

Cons:

Leider wurde der ansonsten positive Eindruck durch die Abrechnung stark getrübt. Mir wurde das Zimmer inklusive Taxen doppelt verrechnet. Obwohl der Fehler eindeutig war, musste ich über einen Monat auf die Rückerstattung warten. In dieser Zeit wurde ich immer wieder vertröstet und musste mehrfach selbst nachfragen, bis das Geld endlich zurückerstattet wurde. Das hat mich viel Zeit und Nerven gekostet. Eine sofortige Rückerstattung nach Feststellung des Fehlers wäre problemlos möglich gewesen. So etwas habe ich bisher in keinem Hotel erlebt.

Πολυ καλή εξυπηρέτηση και το προσωπικο πολύ φιλικό. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική. Θα μπορούσε να γίνει μια προσπάθεια για καλλίτερες τιμές.

Wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it
Pros:

The location was perfect and the room was clean and cosy

Cons:

The space where the toilet unit was placed ( between the shower and the wall) was narrow and it was a bit difficult to move around
