Η τοποθεσία υπέροχη, πολύ βολικό αν υπάρχει αυτοκίνητο λόγω διαθέσιμου parking, καθαρό, ωραίο πρωινό με θέα στην πόλη.

Cons:

Το μόνο που δεν μας ταίριαξε ήταν το πολύ χαμηλοταβανο δωμάτιο, έως 1.80 κινείσαι άνετα. Ένα ψηλότερο άτομο θα έπρεπε να σκύβει και να προσέχει καθώς στο δωμάτιο και στην τουαλέτα υπήρχαν δοκάρια. Ήταν δύσκολο και λίγο επικίνδυνο αν ξεχνιοσουν.. Εύχομαι να ήταν το μόνο δωμάτιο με αυτήν την δυσκολία και να έτυχε σε εμάς.

Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral und das Zimmer Executive Etage 6 mit Blick auf die Akropolis ist phänomenal. Das Zimmer sehr geräumig und auf dem neuesten Stand. Das Bett echter Luxus und eher für 3 Personen. Flasche Wein inklusive Minibar mit Gratis Getränken. Parkplatz inklusive.

Cons:

Die 3 Executive Zimmer in der 6 Etage sind extrem hellhörig zum einen die Hauptstraße mit nie endenden Lärm. Zum anderen das Hotel Restaurant das sich angrenzend auch in der 6 Etage befindet und der Lärm stereo artig beide Ohren befeuert. Vermeidbar nur durch bessere Dämmung Fenster/wände.

It would have been lovely if the room was of a certain quality
Pros:

I was very disappointed on the quality of the room .
Comparing to the rest of the hotel, which gives a modern vibe, the room I stayed in was really of poor quality and bad finishes. The bathroom shower head is falling apart and the quality of the fixtures in the room, not of a 5* standard or even a 4. Breakfast was good, location is great but the quality of the rooms ruins the rest .

I will definitely try to stay again and I will recommend this place to my coworkers!
Pros:

On the first day I was placed in a small room with noticeable traffic noise from outside. The next morning when I mentioned it, Φερενίκη made me feel welcomed and taken seriously. She personally came with me, showed me two different upgraded rooms and let me choose the one I preferred. The way she handled it was calm, professional and genuinely caring. It did not feel transactional.
Every member of the staff was polite and engaging to exactly the right degree. Not too much and not too little. I consider myself a very strict and demanding guest when it comes to service standards and I rarely write comprehensive reviews. The employees reflect excellent leadership and they deserve recognition for their work.
The minibar was refilled daily and the room was cleaned every day with all towels replaced with clean ones.
Breakfast was exceptional. At one point I noticed a staff member remove a specific item immediately because it was not up to standard. Also, what I appreciated was that the breakfast staff were chatting naturally among themselves while working. It is much better to see employees relaxed and comfortable rather than standing stiffly and watching guests like they are under inspection. They are humans and they should feel comfortable during their working hours. The atmosphere felt genuine.

Cons:

As for improvements, it would be helpful to include an option during booking that clearly indicates potential traffic noise exposure. Some guests are sensitive sleepers and this can affect anyone.
I also ordered a coffee from the upstairs bar through room service. The coffee itself was excellent and I am very particular about coffee so that says a lot. I do not mind paying more for quality. However, the room service charge was 5 euros on top of a 6 euro coffee. It is not about the money. Delivery should not cost almost the same as the product itself for three floors up. A 1 to 2 euro service charge would feel proportionate. It is not a financial issue. It is more about principle and fairness in pricing logic.

Een echte aanrader, geweldig personeel en heerlijke kamers.
Pros:

Geweldig personeel, heerlijke kamer, hotel ligt op een perfecte plek vlakbij de Akropolis.

Cons:

Glutenvrije opties bij avondeten waren beetje beperkt, maar genoeg restaurants in de buurt waar dit wel in orde was.
