الأستاذ سيف كان دائما مرح ومتبسم في وجه الزبائن، لطيف ومئهل للضيف. Riktig trevligt, prisvärd, trevliga personal!, behjälpliga, Centralt till Gamla stan och nära till de flesta kläd och matställen! Boendet är Billigt kan räknas lite högre grad än vanlig standard vandrarhem! Rekommenderas starkt för de som älskar gamla byggnader

因为工作人员热情友好的服务态度我决定多住一晚，首先酒店的地理位置非常优越，楼下拐弯就是地铁站，可以到达开罗市区任意地点；还有便利店和餐厅，可以满足住客的一切需求；值得一提的是我所接触到的都是女性工作人员，这在埃及是非常难得的，对独自出行的女性来说真的安全感满满，Noha和Zeina女士非常友善，对我提供了一切我所需要的帮助，总结来说我下次来开罗还会住这家酒店并推荐给朋友

关于这次的住宿完全是来自一场意外，我从卢克索乘坐过夜大巴到开罗，原本只是中转，但是因为身体不适，要被迫在开罗停留一晚，这时候在地图上看到离我不远的这家酒店，本来想试试看可不可以提前入住，因为我真的很不舒服，没想到完全没有问题，前台女孩Noha她真的很友善，看出我状态不好，提供了很多帮助，让我享用原本并没有的早餐，还有非常热心的人员，让我的入住体验接近满分，是让我非常难忘的一次经历
