Cons:

前台小哥哥热情的给我们推荐的全天租车服务，第一天晚上明明说好了第二天是7:30来接我们，到八点半车才在我们的催促下才过来，打电话也不接，简直无语了。谈好的价格结账时硬是多加了25美金才让我们离开，这是到开罗上的第一当🌚🌚🌚

Pros:

The people at the reception helped me so much. They were kind, welcoming, and incredibly hospitable.
Abdullah, Abdalla, Noha, and Zaina made my stay truly special. When I arrived, Abdullah surprised me with a birthday cake and even a song for my birthday. They welcomed me so warmly from the very first moment.
During my entire stay, he gave me information about everything and helped me with anything I needed. I always felt supported and cared for.
I highly recommend this hotel. You absolutely have to stay here. They are all wonderful, trustworthy, and professional people.
Abdullah also changed my room and gave me a better one than the one I had originally chosen, with a balcony, which was such a lovely upgrade.

فندق جميل جدا والإدارة أروع
Pros:

الإدارة رائعه والموظفين كلهم محترمين جدا ومتعاونين قريب جدا من محطة المترو والنظافة رائعه انصح نفسى بالإقامة في هذا المكان كل زيارة لى إلى القاهره

性价比极高的埃及旅行中转站！强烈推荐。
Pros:

第二次入住，让我们住5号房间，不临街，更满意了。NAGIBU地铁站出来就是。附近美食和咖啡无数。这就是我们埃及旅行的中转站。即使我们的行李要存放一周，也是免费的，相当完美。

Super séjour immersive en plein centre
Pros:

Super séjour passé au Caire au Future Hostel. Emplacement au top, petit déjeuner servi sur le balcon et Noha toujours présent et très réactif lorsqu’on le sollicite.

カイロの中心部にあって便利でした。
受付のNohaさんは最初から最後までとても親切に助けてくれました。Abdullahさんは深夜にタクシーに乗る時に一緒に待っていてくれました。
素敵なスタッフのお陰で安心して過ごすことができました！
朝ごはんは部屋に運んでくれます。シャワーは最新のモデルでびっくりしました。Wi-Fiも速いです。

予約サイトと実際泊まるホテルの名前が違うが、予約した際にメッセージで入口の写真を添付してくれたので、迷うことなくたどり着くことができました。部屋は清潔感があり、エアコンとドライヤーがありました(部屋によってはドライヤーがないことがあります)。
道路に面し、泊まった部屋の窓が閉まらない(閉め方が分からないだけだったかもしれない)が、配慮してくださり、耳栓を用意していただいたので、あまり騒音に悩むことはありませんでした。
部屋をアップグレードしていただき、また、チェックアウト前日に延泊したいと希望したところ快く受けてくださいました。
朝食が毎日異なるもので、かつ量も適切だったので、飽きることなく毎日いただくことができました。

大変良いホテルで過ごすことができました。
