Der Aufenthalt in Popayan war gut. Der Abreisetag mit der Kontrolle ist sehr unangenehm!
Pros:

Am Ankunftstag sehr netter Empfang von einer sehr freundlichen Dame und ein zuvorkommender Señor.
Die Dame die das Frühstück zubereitete und servierte war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Cons:

Am Abreisetag bat ich um ein Taxi. Anstelle gleich anzurufen, nahm die Person gleich einen Zettel und stapfte ins Zimmer hoch und kontrollierte ob ich konsumiert habe. Er sagte es fehlen 2 Wasser. Ich erwiderte, dass ich nie und niemals von einer Minibar konsumiere! Zudem als ich Busterminal war, musste ich erfahren, dass die Strasse von Popayan nach Armenia gesperrt ist infolge eines Attentats. Er hätte mich informieren müssen/koennen, da er wusste wohin ich gehe. Er erkundigte sich für die Statistik die Hotels oft machen woher kommt und geht man.

Es central y respecto al precio acorde al lugar!
Pros:

La ubicación es central, las personas fueron amables desde el primer momento, tiene precios comodos.

Cons:

No me gusto que se escucha mucho el ruido de otras habitaciones y que la luz se fue en dos momentos.

Sus instalaciones son muy lindas, si algo me agrada de un lugar es tener la sensación de que todo está limpio, sobre todo la ropa de cama, y aquí me sucedió.

Really friendly lady in reception helped organise a long distance taxi for us, about 10 minute walk to the centre
