Pet-friendly, clean and comfortable with well-priced bar menu
Pros:

Very good value for money. Friendly staff. Very reasonably priced bar menu. Pet friendly

Cons:

Second floor room with a large dog and lots of luggage was a bit of a faff. Would ask for lower floor room next time.

Lovely friendly hotel.
Pros:

We had an issue with the first room offered and the staff were excellent and provided a free upgrade.

Cons:

Vegetarian sausages were not the best. Probably best to ask a vegetarian or vegan to choose the sausage.

Great place to stay if you're planning a trip to the races.
Pros:

Hotel was spotless and room was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, well cooked full English breakfast and plenty of extras, toast, cereal, juice, hot drinks on offer.
Location was perfect for our visit to redcar races which was just a short walk away.
Staff were very friendly and let us check in early.

Amazing hotel but 2x amazing morning staff
Pros:

Staff where fantastic, sooooo clean , we went for breakfast which was great , loads of choice and cooked to order so was lovely and hot , wasn’t a fan of the fried bread (a little over cooked and the end of the bread) but that just my opinion, hubby loved it .
Came back from breakfast and our room was already cleaned.
We went out so not sure about the night staff , but the morning staff were amazing .
We had 2 rooms 8&9 and the view was amazing.
Would definitely recommend this hotel, yes limited parking but we got there and had no problems.

Very pleasant hotel in a converted residential property. Only stayed one night to attend a funeral the next day.
Pros:

Comfortable rooms, pleasant staff, excellent breakfast.

Cons:

We were in room 8 at the top of the property. In a converted loft space and I kept banging my head on the eaves. Also lots of stairs and no lift.

The single room I had was ground floor, ideal as I have mobility issues. Air conditioning was just what was needed as the weather was hot!

Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Suprisingly quiet and restful.
Pros:

Great to have a beach walk to break our long drive. Staff so welcoming and helpful. Super dog friendly.
