Facilities need some maintenance
Nice clean room. Some staff were really helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was really bad, even worse than a 3 star hotel. Most items were cold even at 7 am! Scrambled eggs and soup (most days) were awful. The soup was mainly a mix of leftovers. I expected much better from this 4-star hotel. I believe the staff working for breakfast were not doing good and just being lazy or trying to save cost too much.
The staff makes you want to give good ratings but the room oh my god sooooo old .

I remember paying for upgraded room, however the room I got didn’t look so. I was too tired to sort it out. But next time better check
