Great location - Read the small print first (their rules may be inconvenient)
Pros:

Location wise it was the best option for us. It was quiet for the most part

Cons:

The staff could be more responsive to our requests and needs. The apartment rules are restrictive for someone like me, since I’m from Medellin and I have family and friends there. I understand some of the rules are made to prevent sexual tourism and noise at the building, but both things happened during my stay.

This is my opinion valid criticism.
Pros:

The location was very great. Very nice and easy to get around

Cons:

I did not like the facts that they did not have a English interpreter on the compound. But when English visitors come to stay at the premises, someone can translate. I find that very disturbing, but apart from that, I had a good time . And I also believe that every Spanish establishment should also have a mindset that English people will stay at their premises. So they need to have some type of system setup.

EXTREMELY DISAPOINTING

Cons:

The location was too far to walk the the el Poblado Main Streets and restaurants
The flat was not very clean
The towels were not clean
The sofa was not clean
The decorative pillows were not clean behind the bed
THERE IS NO HEATING IN THE FLAT AND AT NIGHT IS COLD AND HUMID
AND IF UOU ASK FOR A HEATER THEY DONT GIVE YOU ONE
THEY OFFER YOU A BLANKET
