Shocking!!! that i would not recommend for anyone, don't let the pictures deceive you.
Pros:

The room was big

Cons:

There was a leakage in the bathroom that we raised from the beginning that leaked to the bedroom, and we had to cover with about 8 towels to soak it up. We raised this on the first day and was told it would be fixed but never was. We weren't even offered another room. The power also went off 3 times, and our room was like a sauna, we had to leave the room and headed elsewhere. The escalators when off was a steep climb for a disabled person. When i went to breakfast, someone in the kitchen was making load sounds of dropping things on the floor which caused me to look up in shock of the noise. I asked them to stop as it was not right well i was trying to have breakfast and i was ignored. (my family and I did not go back there for breakfast on any of the days remaining of our stay) Very poor for us and wished we hadn't stayed there.

Lovely accommodation (if sometimes noisy)
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Central location. Very comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom, kettle with tea and coffee, mini-fridge. Air conditioning. Plenty of hot water for shower. Healthy breakfast of fresh fruit, and eggs etc.

Cons:

There was some noise associated with businesses in the same building. Drilling one day started at 7.00am. Loud bangs repeated from time to time outside business hours - may have been palettes unloaded for supermarket on ground floor.

Pros:

The room, spacious, air con was heaven, bathroom door didn't lock but everything was clean

Cons:

Breakfast arrangement, went about 7am, nothing was ready, chef looked pissed we were there, didn't speak English or didn't want to (Chinese man) disappointed

Pros:

The woman at the front counter was very helpful and explained clearly how the system works. The staff, including the security guard, were respectful. It was easy to buy food and gifts for my family overseas at the supermarket and clothing store near the entrance.

Cons:

Smoking near the upper-level restaurant may present health risks. Additionally, there is no air conditioning in the building's common areas until guests reach their rooms.

Taufusi Hotel is a great place for a stay when visiting Apia. They will always be my go-to hotel.
Pros:

The location was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved everything about our stay. The shops downstairs were very convenient. The parking was great.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, but wished they would change it around a little, and not have the same things every morning.

Response to message was really quick. Wasnt planning on staying here long but this place made me fell like I was at home

The place it’s very quite the staff are so friendly
It’s ok we love it however
We need a microwave inside the room
Shower need to checks the tiles cos it’s very easy to fall down
Cleaners needs to honesty removed dirty sheets from others quest not leave it for a new quest
Breakfast it ok however we need more fruit like pawx2 banana etc even some food need to changes

A perfect hotel, we loved it.👍😊
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent but need to add porridge, cereals, more butter and jam. Need to fix the excalator too. Maybe, use door tags to communicate when people want room service. Otherwise it is an excellent hotel in a plaza which has everything and near to evething. Well done.

Need to serve islander breakfast buffet not option, smoke hallways second floor it’s save at ALL

There wasn’t much considerationespecially while we were asleep. A couple of workers were moving furniture to the room next to ours and we informed her that we were sleeping and that there was a lot of noises and ruckus. She apologized for the noises but then continue doing so even after we told her about it.
