Nothing. The worst exprerience ever.
The hotel is a scam. Everything is old and not well maintained.
We booked a room with a view on the lake… which does not exist, because is a fake dirty pool for ducks.
The swimming pool is dirty, there is no restaurant, the chef is out for problems, the hotel is 30 minutes away from Cali, we wanted to have lunch and the staff order for us take away food from the city so obviously everything you order arrive cold. We waited 3 hours for lunch (3 hours!). There was not even ice. The machine is broken.
So basically you are 30 mins away from the city with no restaurant and no taxi to get to the city to eat. Taxi and Uber don’t come to this place, so once you are there you are there. No way out. So no food also.
I asked to talk to the owner which lives in a house in the property and from that moment all the staff working at the hotel disappeared and nobody was there anymore to help. They were saying they were talking to the owner and then no answer anymore. Not even to call a taxi. And to make everything more disappointing I was blocked on WhatsApp so that I could not talk to the staff anymore.
It was actually a scary situation to find yourself in a foreign country like this. Far from the city in the middle of the forest and without a taxi to go away.
We finally escaped the hotel after 5 hours, where nobody was helping us
This was the most terrible experience i’ve ever had with an hotel. And I am a Genius 3, so I have quite a few experience worldwide.

Everything was special. New place with incredible experience: environment, animals (horses, peacocks, hens, cow, etc ) food, sauna, hot tub, direct service. Thanks to the staff for the special moments we lived.
We can say that everything was perfect for us!!
