La persona que me atendió en el front desk muy lenta, no le paso mi pago y la persona que la sustituye me trato como sino fuera a pagar, y me quede esperando 3 veces mas de 15 minutos que me abrieran la puerta para poder ingresar al hostal.

Realizamos una reserva por la plataforma y al llegar nuestra habitación ya estaba ocupada, el personal no tenía la menor idea de una solución expresándose con palabras no adecuadas, se nota que no están capacitados para atención al cliente el TV de la habitación casi no funcionó, toallas rotas. Veníamos de un viaje largo cansados y en verdad nos cobraron tal cual la tarifa apesar de todas las situaciones. Salimos a buscar un hotel cercano y no fue posible.
Deben mejorar muchas cosas para que sea un lugar óptimo para recibir huespedes.

Un aspecto que considero muy preocupante es que el hotel cobra los impuestos correspondientes, pero no entrega la factura, a pesar de haberla solicitado en varias ocasiones.

Como huésped, espero recibir el comprobante fiscal por los cargos realizados. Esto es especialmente importante para quienes viajamos por trabajo y necesitamos respaldar nuestros gastos.

I am a light sleeper, but this was beyond normal city or hotel noise. I woke up almost every hour throughout the night. There was always something happening: the receptionist watching videos loudly, staff having conversations in the reception area, guests arriving and speaking loudly, or noise coming from the hallway directly outside the room. The walls appear to be very thin, so you can hear almost everything.

While I understand that guests may not always realize how much noise they are making, I was particularly disappointed by the staff. At 2:07 a.m., the receptionist was watching videos loudly enough that I could clearly hear them from my room. I also mentioned twice that I was unhappy with the noise levels, but it did not seem to be something they were concerned about or willing to address. That level of disregard for sleeping guests was very frustrating.

I also found the afternoon receptionist unfriendly and uninterested in helping guests. When I asked whether a hair dryer was available, she simply checked and said no, without offering any assistance or alternatives.

If noise does not bother you, this property may work well for you, as the rooms are very clean and the location is convenient. However, if you value a quiet environment or are a light sleeper, I would not recommend staying here.
