Good location, helpful staff but the facilities, such as WiFi, was terrible.
Pros:

The staff always tried to be helpful. But the facilities were a let down.

Cons:

Breakfast foods were lukewarm or cold except if you ordered eggs or omelette.
WiFi coverage was terrible throughout. Constantly cutting off and it made working very difficult. I was on level 3. Shower water comes out very aggressively, and the floor flooded with water even when the shower door was closed. That should be fixed before any person moves into the room! Seems like a poorly maintained place.

There are fancier hotels in the area, but this is a great value. A nice room/staff for a great price
Pros:

A great place for the price. I've stayed at a lot of places around Edna Mall and many have gone downhill. As this is a newer hotel, it is still in good shape and a great price for what you get.

Cons:

I stayed 2 different nights bracketing my trip. On my first visit, the wifi in the room was down/horrible and the satellite tv was missing most stations. However, on my second visit, wifi and tv was great. The entire area around the hotel is a construction zone. Not the hotel's fault of course, but something to know.

It was a great experience! Proximity to amenities as well as 5 mins to the airport
Pros:

Very clean and close to the airport

Cons:

The construction site next to the hotel.There was a night that the construction workers started running the machinery at 4am and it was abit noisy

Wonderful gem in the heart of Bole! Close to the airport and great customer service.
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic-- the service was amazing, and when I needed a hotel shuttle, one was in close proximity. I enjoyed our interactions with the staff greatly. They were kind and helpful. Rooms were clean. Also, we ordered room service one evening, and the food was really good.

Cons:

Beds could be a little more comfortable, but they were still more than adequate.

Nice place, but the club on the 9th floor could be advised to turn down the sound. Way. Too. Loud.
Pros:

Great staff and clean

Cons:

The club on the 9th floor consistently blasts music a a very high volume from the time they open until they close. If your room is near an elevator or on a upper floor, it will be difficult to sleep without good ear plugs.

Also, the whole are was under construction, (not the hotel's fault) but there was noise and dust about 18 hours a day.

Pros:

Det hele. Jeg havde et rigtigt godt ophold på det Bentark. Alt i alt et hotel med god service, god komfort og god værdi for pengene. Jeg vil takke alle medarbejdere især Taki som har hjulpet mig meget under mit ophold

Las instalaciones son muy buenas y el personal es extremadamente atento, pendiente de todo para que nuestra estancia sea espectacular. Nos dejaron ingresar antes, ya que llegamos muy temprano. Y un punto especial es que tienen atención del comedor las 24 hs. Todo el equipo es genial: personal que nos busco y luego nos llevó al aeropuerto, personal de recepción, personal de restaurante y cafetería, personal de portería y de servicios de habitación, merecen toda mi apreciación por hacernos sentir muy bien y seguros.
