Pros:

Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport. Le personnel est très accueillant. La restauration est de qualité.

ホテルのポーターの誘いに注意
Pros:

出発が早く朝食が食べられないので相談した所、テイクアウトさせてくれたので空港で食べる事ができた。

Cons:

ホテル自体に問題は無かったが、ポーターの1人が「街の案内を友人にさせるからどう？」と持ちかけて来て、料金を交渉して手配してもらった。案内してくれる人はど素人で、徒歩で散策中山の中で道に迷ってかなりのタイムロスをし、駐車場迄タクシー移動を提案された。その料金は私持ち。ドライバーの食事も私持ち。ホテルに着いたらポーターが現れて「時間が長かったので追加料金をくれ」と言うので事情を説明して断った。すると、ポーターは「お詫びに明日夕食を奢る」と言いました。
翌日一緒に食事をしたら食事代は私持ち。ホテル近く迄来たら「今日の案内代４０ドル払え」と言って来る。完全な詐欺師でした。この事をホテルの人に言った、メッセージで「今回の事をホテルに言うのはおかしい！」と。その数日後「もらったお金は返金するから口座を教えて」と。口座を教えたがいまだに返金はされていない。

Pros:

A pochi minuti dall’aeroporto. Nuovo hotel con un valido servizio gratuito di shuttle bus. Stanza ampia con letto confortevole e ampia scrivania e poltrona. Colazioni buone non abbondanti come varietà. Ristorante discreto. Buon wifi e personale gentilissimo.

Cons:

Il bagno ha un lavandino con poco spazio di appoggio e illuminazione limitata. La doccia ha solo un getto superiore che andrebbe disincrostato. Peccato per i vetri oscurati della finestra. Per avere luce bisogna aprirla. Tempi lunghi di attesa del cibo al ristorante e al bar interno.

Pros:

اولاً اشكر الموظفة بيزا وسكست وآتني وأبييب خدمتهم الرائعة ثانياً الفندق اكثر من رائع له سنتان مؤسس الطاقم والغرف والخدمة والسعر ممتاز وقريب من الخدمات و5د من المطار له 9 ادوار .. الدور الاول مطعم والدور الثاني سبا وصالة رياضية والدور التاسع لاونج له مصعد مستقل هو والمطعم وهذا جميل وانصح من يريد النوم باكراً يسكن الأدوار السفلية لكن يظل الفندق افضل من 97٪ من الفنادق ب اديس بابا طاقم حراسة 24ساعة داخل وخارج الفندق وايضاً يوفرون توصيل من والى المطار مجاناً يوجد كوفي شوب بالاسفل مستقل ويوجد مواقف سيارات ويوجد به 3 صرافات Atm وتنظيف يومي للغرف بعض الغرف بها شرفات لكن الغرف اصغر ممن لاتتوفر بها شرفات

Fantastic stay at Bentark Hotel
Pros:

In general, it was all good. Breakfast was good, and everything else was fantastic. All staff were good, kind and polite, but I cannot remember all their names. Only remember Tanaka and big guy Elish. Staff in the restaurant, bar, reception and porters were all nice. We stayed with our elderly mother, and she enjoyed the location and the staff's help getting in and out of the car. I will recommend Bentark Hotel to anyone visiting Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Good place to stay. Also, the restaurant has a good menu. Compliments to the chef on the tuna salad!

Pros:

Mon épouse et moi avons transité à l'hôtel Bentark dans le cadre d'un séjour touristique depuis Addis-Abeba et jusqu'à Arba Minch au sud du pays.
Outre le confort et la propreté de cet établissement, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le personnel (voituriers, garçons d'étage comme le très serviable "Elshu", les serveurs à table et au bar). Ils ont été très professionnels, accueillants, sympathiques, disponibles, de bons conseils, et pour certains qui avaient même quelques notions en langue française. Encore merci pour ce sublime séjour et à bientôt.
