Fantastic stay at Bentark Hotel
Pros:

In general, it was all good. Breakfast was good, and everything else was fantastic. All staff were good, kind and polite, but I cannot remember all their names. Only remember Tanaka and big guy Elish. Staff in the restaurant, bar, reception and porters were all nice. We stayed with our elderly mother, and she enjoyed the location and the staff's help getting in and out of the car. I will recommend Bentark Hotel to anyone visiting Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Good place to stay. Also, the restaurant has a good menu. Compliments to the chef on the tuna salad!

Mon épouse et moi avons transité à l'hôtel Bentark dans le cadre d'un séjour touristique depuis Addis-Abeba et jusqu'à Arba Minch au sud du pays.
Outre le confort et la propreté de cet établissement, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le personnel (voituriers, garçons d'étage comme le très serviable "Elshu", les serveurs à table et au bar). Ils ont été très professionnels, accueillants, sympathiques, disponibles, de bons conseils, et pour certains qui avaient même quelques notions en langue française. Encore merci pour ce sublime séjour et à bientôt.

Nice location
Pros:

Nice location, very early check-in, airport shuttle.

Cons:

Breakfast policy. I could only get breakfast from the next day after check in. I was only there from early morning till late evening

Great facilities
Pros:

Location near airport. Excellent spa, fitness, sauna and massage. Great breakfast buffet and delicious food in the restaurant.

Cons:

Access street is not tarred and muddy and dirty after rain. Financial refund only solved after a couple of days.
