Celkově jsme byli velmi spokojeni.
Pros:

- pokoj menší, ale účelně vybavený (krásná vyhlídka)
- příjemný personál, osobní přístup
- chutné jídlo, bohatá bufetová nabídka
- nápoje po celý den zdarma (včetně piva a kávy), podobně zmrzlina a jiné
- vzorný úklid
- výborná lokalita (klidná, krátké dojezdové vzdálenosti do zajímavých míst)

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken sehr gut. Die Aussicht und Umgebung - traumhaft

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer, im Speiseraum und in der Bar ließen zu wünschen übrig für ein 4Sterne Hotel. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war abgewohnt, die Dusche lief sehr schlecht ab und die Pflegemittel waren nicht vollständig. Auf die Stühle im Zimmer haben wir uns nicht gesetzt, da diese dreckig waren. Alles in allem haben wir uns vom Hotel mehr erhofft, da wir es aus früheren Zeiten anders kannten.. Schade!

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay – it’s an ideal vacation spot for families with children. The hotel offers plenty of fun for kids: both indoor and outdoor pools, animals, a playroom, playground, and organized activities. The food was excellent, with the option of dinner as well. Don’t expect luxury, but if you’re looking for an idyllic countryside getaway in the middle of stunning mountains and fresh air, this is the perfect place. We’ll definitely be coming back!
