si tienen la oportunidad de ir a este hotel, desaprovechenla.

La recepcionista era atenta y respetuosa

Cons:

Mil cosas. El aire acondicionado funcionaba a ratos. No tienen minibar. El hotel queda lejos de todos los centros comerciales. La red wifi no es segura y no esta debidamente configurada y por ello tiene problemas de compatibilidad con dispositivos IOS. El servicio de limpieza al cuarto no es tan bueno, solo vienen, te tocan una vez y si no puedes en ese momento, dejan la habitación sin asear todo ese día. El buffet que ofrecen es simplemente un desayuno básico (no hay posibilidad de elegir entre varias opciones) y que le toca servir a uno (eso es lo unico que tiene de buffet). De igual manera y aunque dicen que el desayuno es hasta las 10, a las 9:30 a.m. ya no hay nada (solo las sobras de los demás huespedes). Por ultimo, el control en la piscina es nulo. El día domingo 19 de julio un señor totalmente desagradable (de contextura gruesa), estaba en la piscina con tennis (que se notaba no se quita nunca y ya sabran porque) y escupiendo en el agua, con su familia de desadaptados. Ello pese a que en a pisicna teniamos bebes y niños.

En fin, en esta oportunidad cambie al GHL por este hotel (que en realidad no es un Tequendama sino el antiguo Hotel Campanario) esperando algo mejor. Me equivoque totalmente.

Para resumir, si tienen la oportunidad de ir a este hotel, desaprovechenla.

Lo grande de las habitaciones.

Cons:

Los días que estuvimos alojados no tuvimos agua caliente en el baño para poder bañar a los niños.
Y lo otro que no me gustó fue el desayuno las. 2 mañanas que fuimos a desayunar no había ni caldo ni huevos nos tocó esperar.

Descanso en un lugar mágico!!

Excelente planta física y entorno!

Cons:

Importante dar cumplimiento a las normas de ingreso a piscina: usar gorro, acompañamiento a menores …, asignar salvavidas en el horario establecido de piscina. Mejorar mantenimiento y aseo en las piscinas, sauna y turco.

Pros:

Es un hotel campestre con bonitas instalaciones

Cons:

El lugar no es del todo seguro, se perdió una toalla nuestra de la piscina y nunca apareció, los tendidos de la cama están viejos y descocidos aunque limpios, el aseo de la puerta de la ducha no es óptimo.
