Great stay, highly recommend!
Pros:

The location is excellent — no issues at all getting a taxi, Uber or Rapido. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Santosh bhay, in particular, was warm and welcoming and really made us feel at home. The suites look exactly like the photos: clean, spacious, and comfortable. They were also very accommodating with our requests getting chaie in the morning or some cold drinks.

Cons:

Just a heads-up: payment is required upon arrival, so make sure your credit card is compatible with their system or have cash to pay even at 3am.

Very disappointing experience. The room was dusty with no chairs or curtains, offering no privacy. No hot water available. Photos and front desk were completely misleading.

Helpful staff. Easy check in. Well connected location.

Cons:

Really loud if your room faces the main road (it's a highway). The lock of the window of the room was broken too. The toilets were unclean, with faulty shower heads. One of the rooms we got had columns inside, which made it more cramped than it was even. Hallways smell of cigarettes. Not worth the money - better to opt for aparthotels / apartments at this budget than this hotel.

Bed matress is very uncomfortable. It was like a loose spring. Very bad for the back. Could not sleep on the matress.

Pros:

Hotel monarch international is one of the best hotels in Bangalore. The cleanliness of the hotel was top notch. The room service was superb. Stayed there for 14 days and the receptionist Dhaanish and Sufeydh made it feel like home. Everything was excellent. Would definitely go back and would recommend everyone to go there.
